Find your Vail home away from home in this two level, 1400 square foot spacious townhouse. The unit is airy and light, featuring 16 foot vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light.
On the main level is the fully-equipped kitchen looking out over the dining room and living room. The living room features a gas fireplace and TV with DVD player. The living room opens up to an attached patio which lets out to a large open space lawn and babbling brook. The main floor also has a half bath, laundry room and a heated attached garage--a rare commodity in Vail, and a HUGE bonus in the winter!
Upstairs are two large, comfortable bedrooms each with an interior private bath. The master has a log king bed, a large walk in closet and a TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds (easily pushed together to make a "queen"). All beds and bathrooms have new sheets, towels, pillows and bedcovers. The sleeper sofa in the living room opens up to a queen bed for additional accommodations.
We are steps away from the free Vail Shuttle which will take you into the heart of Vail Village in less than 10 minutes. The unit is also located next to the very popular Big Horn Park, an added bonus for kids. Across the street, is the Vail Racquet Club which, for only $20/day, will give you access to tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, a spa, a new workout facility and more. This is also the location of the fabulous Big Horn Bistro--a full service restaurant.
