Beautiful home, sleeps 12, with spectacular views of Dale Hollow Lake. Located in Sherwood Shores just 15 minutes from Sunset Marina. Enjoy a leisurely 10 minute walk to the lake where you can fish or swim. Horseshoes, ping pong, foosball, darts, cards or one of the many games provided allow for quality family time.
This home has an open floor plan with all new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. Master suite has a king pillow top mattress with luxury bedding, deck access and attached full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with attached bath. The loft suite has two twin trundles (sleeps four) and adjoins a spacious common area with complete entertainment system. Walkout basement has two comfortable futons, deck access and half bath. The spacious kitchen has provisions for twelve. Indoor dining seats six to ten with additional outdoor seating.
Enjoy the sunsets from one of two covered decks or the sun deck. Satellite hook-up and DVD players on each of the four TVs. Two-car garage available for boat storage. Nearby Byrstown (10 minutes) has several restaurants, grocery store, fuel, boat repair, canoe rentals, etc.

Perfect! Family came from Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia, California and the Philippines. The accommodations were top notch and the views of the foliage and lake out the back were breathtaking. The boat launch at Sunset Marina was a quick 10-minute drive. We'll do it again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Took our 3 children for a family vacation and absolutely loved the house, location, and view! Kitchen was extremely well stocked for making meals and plenty of room for relaxing. Nicely decorated! On the water all day and played lots of ping pong each evening. Would highly recommend this house! Definately would love to stay here again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Our family wanted a vacation home to really relax and be comfortable , this home filled the bill. A beautiful view , CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, PERFECT...Would highly recommend this home to anyone that truly values comfort and convenience .Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Staying at Almost Eden was a last minute decision, from the moment we arrived we were assured that we were in store for a wonderful relaxed weekend with a priceless view! Not only was the house clean but was also perfectly accommodating! The propery owner was very responsive and helpful when booking! This is a gorgeous house with a spectacular view! I would highly recommend this to everyone. It was very clean and had everything we needed available to us. Loved it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.
