The public swimming facility in Minden 10 minute away has indoor kid's pool with special fun features, Olympic size pool with regular and high dive, therapy heated pool with handicap access and 2 water slides, as well as 2 additional out pools to bask in the sun, all for a nominal entry fee.
Natural adventure is unlimited in the nearby Sierra Mountains. The adventure doesn't stop there. Carson Valley is renown for its Paragliding and Ballooning. You are surrounded by great public, semi-private and prestigious private golf courses. The valley has great restaurants including some of the best Basque food around. There is also a farmer’s market every Wednesday during the summer.
The Gardnerville home has surrounding conveniences as well. There are three markets within walking distance, Starbucks, Round Table Pizza, a Walgreen’s and several other fast food restaurants. There are also superlative restaurants such as JT’s Bar and Grill and Fiona’s Restaurant. The popular gambling and convention destination Carson Valley Inn is approximately three miles away, and Sharkey’s Casino is closer still.

The home is a one story 2300 square foot comfortable home suitable for 1 or 2 families with amazing views of Jobe’s Peak and the eastern Sierra Mountains from most rooms.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths including master suite with king size bed and 2nd large bedroom with King size bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed with double on the bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 4 has a trundle bed which opens to 2 twins.
All cooking and eating utensils are supplied and there is a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Open living plan, including dining, living and Family Rooms, large kitchen with breakfast table and eating bar. Cable TV is included and a computer is available with DSL internet access. There is a video library.
You can easily park 6 vehicles, with 1 in the attached garage, and there is room to park an RV and or Boat on the 3/4 acre lot. There is a full size washer and dryer available.
Sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed as the owners are very allergic and still use the home quite often. We will be strict on both these issues as far as return of deposit should visitors break the rules. We want to keep the home nice for everyone who comes to enjoy themselves. |
