Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home boasts beautiful natural scenic views. Not only will you enjoy the view from the outside, come see what the beautifully furnished house has to offer you in the inside. Amenity card access to Seabook Island Club facilities is available upon request for no additional charge ($11 refundable deposit per card due at checkin).
The living room features a Plasma TV with Bluray, Netflix and an IPod/IPhone dock. The den, located on second floor has a big screen TV. Cook in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, or just relax on the deck. The Master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, TV,DVD/VCR and a bathroom with whirlpool tub.
The second bedroom has a king bed with private bath; third bedroom has a queen bed private bath, and last but not least, the fourth bedroom which has two twins and a shared bath. A few other features include wireless internet* access, gas grill, fireplace, and deck with views. House is great; large, open floor plan and well furnished. Everything was wonderful. Owner is easy to deal with and very accomodating. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms are all a good size, two with King beds and all beds were comfortable and equipped with good linens. Lovely screened in porch and sunroom. Really we could not have asked for a better place. Spent a week there and our only complaint was that it went by too fast! Highly recommend this house, which is only minutes from the beach and on a quite street with bike paths just behind it. Hope to visit it again.

This was our first stay at this location. We have been coming to Seabrook for 20+ years. We have really been missing out on super accomidations until this year. We had two families and 5 children staying and had more than enough space. We saved the money we would normally spend on rental bikes because they provided 7 for our use. Ammenity card being provided was a savings also as we have had to pay $150 previous years. The decorating was amazing, very comfortable beds, furniture and the open deck upstairs along with the screened in porch just tops in all off. We are already reserving our week for next summer!

We spent a long weekend with extended family and could not have had a more Perfect house to stay in on Seabrook Island. It was so spacious and well stocked everyone felt comfortable and at home. The top deck was great for relaxing in the sun and the view in the treetops was spectacular! The bikes were an extra treat that we all enjoyed. I reccomend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and beautiful place to stay.

This home was everything and more than we imagined! The house is open and roomy. My son and his wife and two children had the upstairs all to themselves! The screened in porch was our center for the week! Pleasant walks and friendly neighbors. . .we hope to return next year for this annual beach trip! Shopping at Freshfields is always a treat. . .looking forward to 'Reds opening up at Bohicket's Marina!

This is a great property! We've been to Seabrook several times, and this is our favorite rental yet. The house is clean, well stocked, spacious and has a great layout. The first floor is open with lots of light. The screened in porch on the first floor has a wooded view and is great for dinner or cocktails. We often saw deer in the back yard. The master bedroom is on the first floor, but there are three additional big bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs also has its own sitting area with a television and comfy chairs, so there's plenty of space to get away. High speed internet was fast and reliable. The house has virtually everything you need for the beach -- two bikes, lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. The owner was very helpful -- there were fresh flowers when we arrived, and he gave us several good restauarant suggestions (Hege's, Fat Hen - my favorite and Wild Olive). We hope to be back next year.

What a delightful property. We vacationed here mid-June with our adult children and their families. The floor plan of this well kept property invites relaxation and relationship. Besides the joy of the Seabrook island experience (so many things to do) the screened in porch is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of anything that might ail you. Richard is easy to work with and is interested in your stay being enjoyable. You will not be dissatisfied renting here.

The house could not have been better. We had 4 children and 4 adults. The house came equipped with things for the kids to play with including, many items needed for the beach. Kitchen had all the right tools, space and plenty of pots and pans. House was clean and well kept. We had a great 5 days and would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful home! My family and I enjoyed our visit. The owner was very helpful in planning our vacation and answering my questions. He arranged for fresh flowers when we arrived. Children's room also had books for story time. We enjoyed watching deer from the front porch every morning. There is a great screen porch off the kitchen for dining outdoors. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking--the home/community is several miles from fast food establishments. However, the community offers a few choices as does the village. The main road towards the interstate has a farmer's market and a local restaurant that is a must.I highly recommend a trip to this vacation home!
