This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath vacation home offers 3 balconies, a built in grill on the ocean front balcony, and sleeping for 12. We have personally picked out every item in this unit sparing no expense in the process. You be sleeping on a cloud in our beds, and spoiled in our gourmet kitchen where you can enjoy both the ocean and the river views. Need to do a little work, take advantage of the high speed wireless Internet service. Want to watch your favorite program, you'll have cable on all the televisions in the unit. The living room set also offers digital cable with HBO and high definition programing.
Outside take in all the ocean has to offer with our 3 huge balconies (almost 900 square feet!). The ocean front balcony features a large table, 6 chairs and 2 chaise's to let you enjoy the wonderment of the Atlantic ocean and your favorite meal.

Ocean Vistas is a unique luxury condominimum that allows short term rentals in it's governing documents. Many competing properties DO NOT allow weekly rentals and the owners are breaking the rules.
