Luxury Beach Home Just a Block to the beach
This nearly new luxury beach home is perfect for the discriminating family. If you want to vacation in the ultimate home here it is, located in the heart of downtown, just 1 block to the beach and a two minute walk to the famous Huntington Beach Pier.
This 2,800 square foot three story home was built in 2004. It has almost every upgrade offered. Stainless Steel Kitchen, Beautiful cabinetry, extensive lighting and High Ceilings.
The ground floor has a great front family room with Hi-Def TV, surround sound, dvd, i-pod dock and DVR. This room is open to the kitchen and also to the front patio where you will find outdoor dining a lot of fun. There is also a built in gas BBQ ad patio heater. Beyond the kitchen is a formal dining room with seating for 8.
On the second floor you will find a second family room with all the A/V equipment like the downstairs. The master suite is in the front of the home and is large and has a fireplace and LCD TV. The master bath has a jaccuzi tub and a separate shower. There is also a large walk in closet for your things. The other two bedrooms are down the hall one has a full size bed and the other has two singles.
On the third floor is a media room that also has a sleeper sofa and a full bath. There is a sitting deck with a peek-a-boo view.
The home has a 1 car garage and 2 car driveway….it’s a two car garage but it is stocked with 6 bicycles for your use as well as some beach chairs and coolers. There is also an outdoor shower (hot & cold) to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.
Just a short walk away (3 blocks) is the newest shopping area ( “The Strand” ) which is on schedule to open December 08, and Main street with all of its great shopping, dining and pubs. On Tuesday afternoon each week, Main street is closed to traffic and becomes a marketplace with crafts, fresh produce, street entertainers and kids rides. Friday afternoons at the Pier there is a Farmers market and craft festival.
You can spend the day basking in the sun, surfing (or lessons from one of our many surf schools), taking a long bike ride on our ocean view bike path, an evening beach bonfire, or a night out dancing. Some folks like to rent kayaks and paddle thru Huntington or Newport harbor or try their abilities learning the newest trend…Late afternoon KiteSurfing. You will not run out of things to do in Surf City. 20 minutes away is Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. 45 minutes away is Leggo Land and Universal studios and you could get to San Diego in just about an hour & a half. We will be happy to help you arrange your personal vacation schedule.
Huntington Beach is 20 minutes from Orange County Airport (sna) 25 minutes from Long Beach Airport (lgb) and 45 minutes from LAX.

Absolutely great location - 5 minutes to pier, beach and downtown. The house was wonderful and huge. Great shower outside for rinsing off after the beach. Plenty of beach bicycles, too. We would definitely return. Everything is just as they say it is.

I just stayed here for a week with my entire family and wanted to say that if your looking for a place to rent this house is the one. The owner's of this property put a lot of thought in decorating and providing everything you could imagine while staying in the greatest beach city in America. As for the location it doesn't get any better. With it's close proximity to the beach and main st there's no need to drive. As the agent told me once we arrived the chances are that your vehicle will never leave the garage unless you need to get some groceries! He was correct! Also the house's audio video setup was out of this world. Giving us a chance to seperate the adults from the kids by having multiple locations through out the house to enjoy our own individual entertainment. ***Extremely CLEAN*** Thank you JOE for making our first family summer vacation in 08 a GREAT 1!, Go CELTICS!!!!

All we can say is wow!!! The agent said the pictures did not do the property justice and he was absolutely right! We thought being right on the beach (across the street) or super close to the pier were important, but have to say that it was nicely separated but close enough that it was a short walk. Nice quiet location. More nicely appointed than our room at the Hyatt the year before. Don't pass it up!!!
