Living Room/Dining Room with Wood Burning Fireplace (wood included) and CableTV - Brian Head Condo Rental Whether it’s Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall you and your family and/or friends will enjoy our comfortable, clean and cozy one bedroom, one bathroom condo. You’ll find our condo to be spacious and welcoming as it can sleep up to four adults. The condo has two televisions with cable, DVD/CD player, VCR, a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. Also for your enjoyment, you'll find a fireplace, board games, dozens of VHS movies and walkie-talkies to find each other on the slopes! Our condo is located in Brianwood I which is next to Giant Steps Ski Lift where you'll have the ability to ski-in, ski-out of the condo. If you decide to ski home for lunch, the condo has a full kitchen with enough culinary items to make a great meal! Two Freedom passes are included, which offers a free $90 value per day so the condo practically pays for itself! After skiing, relax in one of the buildings INDOOR hot tubs or suanas! If you're new to the Brian Head, Utah area here are some fun facts! The base elevation in Brian Head is the highest in Utah meaning great snow! The average snowfall in the winter is 450 inches which allows for great skiing conditions throughout the season, but snow making equipment provides extra fresh powder ensuring an enjoyable ski trip every time. There is also a six lane tubing park which can be fun for the whole family! Finally, Brian Head Resort just completed its first major construction project in 25 years. The project consists of two new ski lifts and an expansive new snow-making system. Between the new lifts and additional trail cuts, skiers will see 35 percent more ski-able terrain during the 2007-2008 ski season! While it is renowned for its skiing, it's also great for hiking, biking and fishing in the summer, boasting dozens of trails, amazing views, nearby national parks (Bryce, Zion and Cedar Breaks) and a fresh water lake just 20 minutes away! So its a great time to visit Brian Head, any time of year!
