Our stay in Brianhead this year was great! The condo was cozy and definitely stayed warm throughout our stay. The 2 passes definitely came in handy. You could definitely ski to our lodge from Giant Steps. Would definitely recommend this unit as all amenities were provided and unit was very clean. Owner of unit was very friendly and responsive when needed. ;o)

The condo was very convenient to the ski slopes and the price was great. It's works out to be an unbelievable deal when you include the free ski passes. We had a great time!

Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. It was a cool pad and Brian Head is a great spot. The snow is the best I've ever had. The season passes were sweet, rental gear at Brian head is free with them (a bonus). Thanks again for everything. I will have to come back sometime.

Stayed here in February 2011. Unfortunately it was between storms so the snow was not up to Brian Head's usual perfect conditions. We had a great time skiing and inner tubing anyways and the day care/lessons program had our 8 year old skiing/bombing down the blue runs by the second day. The condo was as advertised. Clean and well equipped. Perfect for us and our daughter. The owner communicated well. The only reason it wasn't a five star rating is the buildings hot tub was out and the clean up crew from the previous renters wasn't done by check in time. Neither of these are easily controlled by the condo owner but they are part of the condo "experience" so I'm mentioning it. The actual condo was excellent. We were able to use the hot tub in the next building and the cleaning crew was very pleasant and hard working..I think they were overwhelmed that day. For potential renters - I'd highly recommend it and you can't go wrong with Brian head in general. Friendly, no crowds, accommodating, great snow, (every time except this time:), and about the same traveling time as Mammoth from San Diego. It seemed like half the people we met in Brian Head were from San Diego. Awesome cross country skiing and in the summer, incredible mt. biking.

My sister and I enjoyed four nights at the condo. It was super tidy and had everything we needed to cook and relax. We were so close to the Giant Steps lift that we often ate lunch and took breaks in the condo. There isn't much within walking distance in the way of nightlife, restaurants or shopping but we brought our own groceries and the condo kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The ski passes were great! You can't beat this condo for overall value and convenience. Plus, the owner was so welcoming and easy to work with. Thanks Jake!

My family skis every year at Brian Head, and this condo was perfect for our family of four. The description of the condo was right on and was the perfect size for our family. The additional benefit of the 2 freedom ski passes made the easier for us to hit the slopes as soon as we arrived. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, was clean and the directions for using everything on the condo was clear and concise. Jacob Levin, the condo owner, was quick to respond to e-mail questions we had about the condo. For those who have children learning to ski, we recommend skiing at Navajo where the lift lines can be shorter and the more experience skiers and snowboarders tend to be at Giant Steps. Also, Wildflower is the newest lift chair and that side of the mountain was not crowded and there was no lift lines.

Had a great time in Brian Head, and the condo was exactly as described. Jake was very flexible, and he was easy to communicate with and work with. He always responded quickly. The Freedom Passes were a huge benefit, and the location made it very easy to stop in for lunch and/or breaks. We would definitely recommend this for our friends, and we hope we can use it again in the future.

The place is just as advertised: clean, comfortable, conveniently located (you really can ski in and out from the Giant Steps chair). The owner is helpful and responsive. We've stayed there twice and plan to do so again.

The condo is charming in person. We loved the mirrors in the living room. It really opens the space up. The instructions throughout the unit were clear and concise, something we really appreciate and have not always had visiting Brian Head. The internet works marvelously and we felt cozy in the space. It was well decorated and thought through. The Freedom passes were great especially the convenience of going straight to the lift when we arrived at the resort. - JJ
