This "Lake Cliffe" Condominium combines beautiful views with interior décor reflecting the owners' years of living in France and Central America. The entry hall has ample room for coats and boots with a closet to store all skis. The spacious living room with 12-foot high, open-beamed ceiling offers views of Lake Dillon and Breckenridge ski area. Sliding glass doors provide access to the deck. The master bedroom suite off the main hallway has a queen-size bed. The bath and shower includes steam room. The second bedroom suite with separate entrance from the living room has two twin beds with private bath and shower.
The kitchen, with breakfast counter, is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils, appliances, gadgetry, cutlery, glassware, and china. The dining room also enjoys a view of Lake Dillon and has sliding doors onto the deck. The dining table has two extension leaves to accommodate ten diners.
All guests have access to the indoor pool and hot tubs.

A lovely Stay in Dillion

We stayed in this condo for six weeks last summer. We loved the proximity to the bike path. It allowed us to ride to Keystone, Breckenridge and Friscoe throughout our stay. It was fun to walk to restaurants, shopping and the amphitheater. We were pleasantly surprised at the number of events that were offered at this venue. The view from the condo is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sailboats and the sun go down over Lake Dillion. The owners of the condo were very easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for a wonderful summer-in-the-mountains experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

I have rented this unit for the months of June and July for the last 5 years. It is a great location with wonderful hiking, biking trails, restaurants, boating and Friday Farmer's Market near-by. You are within easy walking distance to Dillon Amphitheatre which has many free concerts and other fun events during the summer months. The owner's are very fair, honest and easy to work with. The unit is very comfortable and has a wonderful view of Lake Dillon and the Rockies!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We have spent 17 days over xmas 2010 in the condo and have enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal since its very close to Keystone, but also Vail or Beaver Creek are not far. The view at Lake Dillon is wonderfull, the condo is top floor and therefor very quiet. Its equipped with all that is needed and more. We will deffinantly consider the condo for our next stay in Summit County again.
