WANTED: WINTER RENTERS. This comfortable, one-bedroom condo is available monthly from December, 2013 through March, 2014. Please contact owner at 256-820-3780 immediately for information. A signed rental agreement is required, along with a $600 deposit. The monthly rate during these months is $600, which includes 11 1/2% tax.
Sunshine Shores Condominiums is a 32-unit facility, each being individually owned. All units open to the outside. Long-term renters or owners occupy the units. #18 is rented short-term throughout the spring, summer and fall. It is available for the months of December through March for winter renters. The condo complex is located on the beach side of Thomas Drive, near the entrance to St. Andrews State Park. We are within walking distance of Schooner's, the 'last beach club on the beach.' Unit #18 is located on the second floor, and is NOT handicapped accessible.
The unit has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The combination living room/kitchen has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower stall only; no bathtub. Although Sunshine Shores is not located right on the beach (there is row of beach house between us and the beach), it takes less than a minute to be walking on the sand. The public boardwalk (#7) is just steps from the condo. The beach is rarely crowded as there are no condo highrises nearby.
An olympic-size pool is available for use. It is NOT handicapped accessible. There is no life guard on duty at any time, and all children MUST be accompanied by an adult. There is a community laundry room on-site equipped with two commercial coin-operated washers and dryers.
Renters are responsible for providing your own linens (sheets, towels, etc.) and for cleaning the unit upon departure. Cleaning tools and supplies are stocked in the condo. This is a SMOKE-FREE, ANIMAL-FREE unit. No exceptions. MUST BE 25+ YRS OLD TO RENT.

Susan - We absolutely loved your condo for Spring Break. It is very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. The people who live in the complex were so nice to us! We enjoyed being close to the beach and walking to Schooner's for dinner was great! Probably the best trip we have ever taken to PCB. My family and I have been renting here for the past 5 or 6 years. We always look forward to going back each year. The vintage atmosphere along with the beach is wonderful. About the owner: This condo was purchased by my parents in 1980. Our family has enjoyed many wonderful days vacationing here. My parents are now deceased, and my husband and I are blessed to have inherited it. We take great pride in our 'home away from home' and provide a beautifully decorated, fully equipped, clean location for your vacation enjoyment.
Why the Owner Chose Sunshine Shores:
The great thing about our condo located at Sunshine Shores is that there are no high rise facilities close by, so our beach area is rarely crowded. You do not have to step over people to get to the water. There are people who live here year-round, so we maintain a quiet location for you to enjoy.
