We invite you to experience the peace and tranquility of our condominium overlooking luxurious amenities, convenience, and fun for the entire family. Spacious living area with gorgeous beach views and lush tropical landscaping--your family vacations will never be the same.
Professionally decorated three bedroom unit. Living area features queen size sleep sofa, armoire with a 42-inch plasma TV. Dining area comfortably seats six around the table and two more at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef would need. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and a private master bath. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony from the living area and the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features a king size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed on bottom and twin on top. There are TVs and DVD players in all of the bedrooms. A wonderful selection of DVDs and games are provided. Beach rental chairs and umbrella included.

We stayed in mid July of 2012 and it was great! location was fantastic! Condo was clean and well decorated. The only issue was not with the condo itself, but the Calypso complex. the loading and unloading needs work! to many people coming and going on Saturdays. takes awhile, so plan accordingly or arrive late. other than that, the place is great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had the most Wonderful vacation in your condo. It is situated in the most convenient part of PCB, walking distance to everything, able to be part of all the action (firework displays off the balcony, parades etc). The condo was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The beds were super comfortable, as were the living room sofas. The beach chairs were a nice extra. I could list so many other pluses. It definetely is a 10++.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family just got back from staying at this condo yesterday and I have to say it was one of my most favorite vacations yet. We have been going to PCB every summer for the last 7 yrs and have stayed at many different places. The unit is beautifully decorated and has plenty of sleeping space. The unit also has keyless entry which is super convenient because you never have to worry about keeping up with the key or worry about passing the key from person to person to make sure everyone can always get in the unit. The elevators here were great, we never had to stand around and wait or take the stairs like we have had to do at other places. Also, having the beach chairs that come FREE with renting this unit was a plus. We have never rented the chairs in the past because they cost so much but after having the chairs, I will make sure I get them every time. My family usually enjoys the pool better than the beach but since we had the chairs, we spent majority of our time at the beach this time and thoroughly enjoyed it. You are also in walking distance to Pier Park, even my 3 yr old could walk it without being held! I highly recommend staying in this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
