Gated community, located on the south side of scenic 30-A, less than 5 minute walk to Gulf Place with it's restaurants, coffee house, retail shops and outdoor artists market as well as weekly outdoor concerts in season. House is located 5 miles from Seside and Watercolor and less then 10 miles from Sandestin and Siver Sands outdoor mall as well as Baytowne Warfe. Parking for three cars.

My family spent a fantastic week at this property two years ago and have already booked it again for this coming Spring Break! The location is great...just a 1 minute walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach! The attached pool was a huge hit with our 3 kids. Great shopping just a 2 minute walk away! Excellent restaurants nearby...go to Elmo's for great crabs! We would highly recommend this house to any family looking for a quiet vacation. For a little more 'noise', Destin is just a 20 minute drive to the west. The owner's are very friendly, fair and helpful with any and all needs. We had just 5 of us in the house but it can easily accomodate double that number. We can't wait to get back in early April!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
