Melanie, we had a wonderful month in your condo. This was our 4th visit to Sunrise Villa and always enjoy your condo so much! It is always bright and cheery and the large table makes it great to have guests in for the evening. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one as always. We look forward to next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This was my first trip down to Port Aranses, and I picked this unit solely on the photos and the reviews. The reservation process was fast & easy, and Melanie (the owner) was great to work with - friendly, responsive and very helpful from initial contact to final check-out. The condo is great, and the ocean view and easy beach access is perfect! The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this unit, and I will certainly return again. Thank you Melanie for sharing your great condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Melanie We can hardly force ourselves to leave! What a wonderful vacation in a perfect spot. The condo is a delight- You've made it that way. I enjoyed exploring while Van fished.( only 1 day the wind slowed him down)We really loved the harbour! Thanks for giving 2 Arkansans a taste of how wonderful south Texas can be. Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect and beautiful. Our kids and you have made me a queen for a weekend. Its been the best time of my life. Loved the view, loved the balcony. About the owner: I live right here in Port A. I love it here. When I am are not working I am doing what everyone comes to Port a to do, relaxing, sunning, beaching, fishing, etc. After all when you live in a resort beach island town your off time is being like on vacation, we like to call it island time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love my condo, and love Port A.The Mermaid is in town location, easy walking distant to stores and restaurant. Also the trolley will pick you up on 11th street and take you where ever you want to go on their route, You can even take the B bus to Corpus to the Mall no driving here if you don't want to. You also have beach access walking on the board walk right in front of you from the condo and driving access on sandcastle dr. a 1/2 block down off of 11th st. I am always promoting the businesses in Port A. Most of my friends are business owners here in Port A. I love to eat out and know the good and the bad.
