This recently updated Coastal Villa with new kitchen is located on one of the many fishing lakes in the beautiful Five Star Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The unit boasts a private gate and quaintly furnished courtyard entrance.
You will find everything you need to enjoy a family vacation for up to 7 people (including a portable baby bed and high chair). This home is a perfect location for a quiet escape and close to the pool. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom each have their own newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a half bath located on the first floor as well. The kitchen and dining area on the first floor have granite counter tops and wood floors. For your enjoyment there are 3 flat screen TVs, WI-Fi internet, two bikes, and a gas barbeque grill.
This Beachwalk Villa is steps away from Sandestin’s newly renovated Tropical Swimming Pool with lots of room for lounging and complete laziness. There is a foot bridge nearby should you decide to walk to the beach. This is very convenient for early morning or evening strolls to begin your days or end them with spectacular sunsets. This home also provides easy fishing access from the footbridge or the backyard lake. Many have enjoyed catching fish here, NO fishing license is required!
