Main level has master bedroom with queen bed and private bath, second bedroom with full bed, family room, kitchen, dining and 2nd bath. Lower level has 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, futon and half bath. Lower level has it's own TV with DVD and VCR. Main level has Flat screen LCD with DVD and cable. Lower level also has washer and dryer and game table area.
Directions Via I-575 from Atlanta: from I-75: Go north on I-575, at 1st red light(before you get to Jasper) turn right onto Hwy-108, continue on Hwy-108 for approximately. 14.2 miles. Turn left on Steve Tate Hwy. Entrance to Big Canoe is 1.5 miles on the left.
Directions Via GA-400 to Hwy 369 exit. Turn left and go 12 miles to Yellow Creek Rd. Turn right and follow to end. Turn right, go 1/4 mile to Steve Tate Hwy. Turn left and go 1.5 miles to entrance of Big Canoe on the left.
Deposit: 1/2 deposit is required at reservation, the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Subject to availability-inquire 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Between 15 & 29 days prior to arrival, 1/2 will be refunded. If cancellations are within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be made.
