You'd be hard pressed to find a cottage more centrally located than Masterpiece. With its corner lot location, your view of the Gulf and Seaside is First Tier. It is a brand new home with Viking stainless appliances throughout, sitting on the corner of WaterColor and Seaside with beautiful views of the gulf and roof tops from just about every window.

You enter the home through its large entertainment area and the first thing you'll notice inside are the beautiful dark wood floors and professional decor with custom fabrics and original art work. The large kitchen opens on the den, porch and living area. On the first floor there is a queen bedroom with a full bath, shower only and another half bath.

Heading upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with king-size bed, full bath and porch access. The second floor den area opens to the stairway leading up to the tower room. There are two other guest bedrooms on the second floor - one with twins and one with a queen.

The second floor hallway ends in a doorway that leads out to the Carriage house, Short Story, that can be rented along with the main house making this rental a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath called Masterpiece Combo. This optional addition to Masterpiece has a living room with a separate master bed room with a king bed, full bath, and a full kitchen. There is also a pull-out sofa and a Gulf view balcony overlooking Natchez Park with a direct view to Seaside.

You're sure to enjoy your stay at the Masterpiece, on the corner of Seaside and WaterColor, in WaterColor and the beach walk over is only steps away.
