Located on Banks Road in North Palmetto Point, this clean and fresh 1,500 square foot house has a fantastic view of the Altantic including breathtaking sunrises. Walk down from the 500 Sq. Ft. patio to your own private beach. Then explore the beach, swim, snorkel and fish for miles in each direction. There is no public access to this beach.
The 2 Bedrooms (on opposite sides of the house) each have their own bathroom suite and screened in patio offering total privacy for 2 couples, a family of 4, or perhaps you would like the entire house for the two of you.
Wireless DSL internet is supplied at no additional charge.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you along with all the comforts you would expect in your own vacation home.
Excellent Bone fishing is available within a short ride to Savannah Sound, Ten Bay Beach, South Palmetto Point and other nearby areas.
Great shelling, snorkeling, swimming is available at our beach or within an easy ride to Ten Bay Beach, Club Med Beach, PawPaw Bay and many others.
Very nice restaurants (Tippy's, Dolcevita's, Captain Jack's, Sunset Inn, The Beach House, Cocodimama's) are within an easy drive. Grocery stores and "Snack Shops" are available in Palmetto Point, Governor's Harbour and other nearby areas. You will pass them on the 25 minute ride from Governor's Harbour Airport (GHB) to Aqua Vista.
If you are looking for a house that is close to the "Action" yet provides the seclusion when you want it, this is the place.
