We loved staying at this condo on Siesta Key! Everything we needed was right there-a short walk to the beach, and the pool is only yards from the back door. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. And the condo itself was spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much, and are looking forward to a return visit. Also our safety deposit was returned promptly. Thanks Kenny, for a wonderful stay!

WE RENTED THIS UNIT FOR TWO WEEKS. OVERALL, VERY PLEASED WITH THE UNIT IT WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AND PRICED VERY WELL FOR SIESTA KEY. HAS SOME GREAT FEATURES SUCH AS, WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT, DISHWASHER AND TWO BEDS IN THE BEDROOM AND VERY NEAR ONE OF THE POOLS. IT WAS ABOUT 300 YARD TO THE BEACH BUT A NICE WALK PAST THREE POOLS AND GREAT LANDSCAPING. THERE ARE CHAIRS AND LOUNGES FOR THE GUEST AT THE BEACH AND A COUPLE OF HUTS TO SIT UNDER FOR SHADE THAT YOU CAN ONLY TAKE HALFWAY TO THE OCEAN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A COUPLE OF SAND CHAIRS, SOME BEACH TOWELS, AND AN UMBRALLA AVAILABLE IN THE UNIT IF YOU WANTED TO SIT CLOSER TO THE OCEAN. OVERALL, A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY AND THE OWNER IS VERY NICE AND COPERATIVE. WHEN WE GO BACK TO FLORIDA WHICH WE DO TWO OR THREE TIMES A YEAR, I WOULD TRY TO RENT THIS UNIT AGAIN.

I've been traveling to Siesta Key for the pass 10 years and renting this condo for the last 3-4, and every year is better. The condo is super comfortable and clean, nice pool right at your door, nice walk to the beach. A very family place, I travel with my 3 children and still can relax The owner is always on top of the condo. Don't worry if you forget something there is a Publix and a Walgreen 1/2 mile away. Great restaurants and many department stores around. Can't wait to go back to the "key"

Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this beach condo for 5 days.We had the most relaxing time ever.It is just a short walk down to the beach.No streets to cross,the gardens are just lovely on your way. The sand is the most amazing feeling you will ever have it is just a breath taking scene.We love staying at this resort and you will too.Everything you could want or need is here for a relaxing beach vacation.The owner is the best person in the world to deal with.You will never have a better experience!!!!!!!!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary in April at this wonderful condo. Location was terrific with three pools and short walk to the ocean. The grounds are very well kept. The condo was neat and clean and everything was as advertised. It definitely deserves 5 stars.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo is very clean and neat and includes everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. It is a nice walk down to the beach. Our deposit was returned right away. All in all it was a terrific place to rent.

From Doc & Hildegard, The beach at Siesta Key is the most spectacular that I've ever seen. Better yet is this beautifully furnished one bedroom condo on the ground floor with its own patio overlooking one of the swimming pools. Who else can say that on their short walk to he beach they can swim in 3 fresh water pools along the way. This condo is exceptional, fully furnished ( even down to the coffee filters ) and spotless. A five star rating from the both of us.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights at this Condo and we absolutly LOVE IT! It had everything we needed, it was completely remodeled, and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having the pool right outside the door and also having the carport over the front door. The walk to the beach was a nice walk and it was sidewalk all the way. We had an awesome stay in this very well kept unit. Our vacation was absolutely fantastic. The weather was great, the beach was spectacular with breathtaking sunsets and the condo was spacious and extremely clean. The pool is located right outside the back door, which is very convenient. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it's nice to stretch the legs after a day of relaxing on the beach. Being able to park your vehicle right outside the front door is a definite plus too. There are just too many things to mention that are great about this place. We plan to rebook for next year as well. Thanks Ken, your condo is wonderful.

We loved our stay in this unit and renewed for 2010 immediately. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Pool right outside the door and a short walk to a private beach with chairs provided. The grounds are very well cared for, your own parking space at the door and a wonderful location on Siesta Key.

Location of apartment was fantastic, just a couple of steps to the beach. Apartment itself was first class, everything was perfect! Owner could not have been more accomodating...will definitely go back! Thanks!

This is a very nice place to stay, we felt immediately like home. The condo was very well furnished, all looked brand-new even the bathroom and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the 2 recliners. We highly recommend your condo and hope we can come back soon. Thank you Kenny!

Sarasota was a very beautiful beach. Your condo was great, and we would love to stay again. The area was very quiet and uncrowded which allowed us to have a very relaxing beach getaway. We had a wonderful time on Siesta Key. The condo was very comfortable and it was great to just walk out of the door to the pool. We also enjoyed long walks on the beautiful beach and tried our hand at shuffleboard.

This condo was very nice! Anything you would want was there! And, it was very comfortable. Even tho there is a short walk to the beach, the 3rd pool right outside the lanai was awesome. Thank-you, Kenny!

I would just like to say what a nice place this was to stay at. We stayed here in the beginning of August and enjoyed every bit of it. The condo was newly renovated, beautiful and very clean. We felt right at home there. The condo was not beach front but the pool was right outside our door. The short walk to the beach let us take in the beautiful landscape of Jamaica Royale. The Siesta Key beach is by far one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to and the sunsets are breathtaking. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thanks again.
