Blue Villa is an ocean view luxury villa close to Turtle Cove Marina and a short stroll to Grace Bay Beach. The ocean views are remarkable; revealing incredible coral reefs just a few hundred yards away. A screened upper level porch offers outstanding views of Grace Bay Beach. Blue Villa is surrounded by magnificent tropical gardens with flowering shrubs offering guests a shady respite to read or entertain.

Blue Villa is located a short walk from Turtle Cove Marina where guests will find several fine restaurants, lively bars, water sports shops, fishing charters, art and collectables, galleries and casino. Down the beach from Blue Villa is Smith's Reef, one of the island's finest snorkeling reefs.

Blue Villa can be rented as a 2-bedroom/2 bathroom (with the lower 2 bedrooms closed off and not rented separately) or as a three or four-bedroom house for larger families. This beautiful vacation villa is especially suited for small diving groups.
