The entire interior was recently painted with new ceramic tile on all the floors. Everything in the house is clean and fairly new. The living room has comfortable leather furniture and natural wood coffee and end tables. The bedrooms are quiet and at opposite ends of the house for maximum privacy. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the beach and ocean with a private full bathroom. The other bedroom has a sitting area that looks out to a beautiful garden of exotic trees and plants. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, full size refrigerator and coffee pot for the wonderful Costa Rican coffee. The beach is just a few steps thru the backyard filled with coconut palm trees and flowering bushes. The house sits in the middle of a large bay with spectacular views in both directions and distant mountains as the backdrop for the view looking inland. You can walk and explore the beach and nearby jungle for hours of tranquility without being disturbed. If you desire more social interaction with the colorful locals or international travelers, just walk 10 minutes down the beach or road to the center of this small resort town known for its world class surfing and fine but casual restaurants. There you will find about 25 restaurants suitable to a wide variety of taste, grocery stores, pharmacy, internet cafe's, bike and scooter rentals, tour and excursion offices, liquor store, a bank and lots of shopping. Just added to the house is a 16'x 22' screened in sunroom facing the ocean and beach for many hours of mosquito free enjoyment. $75 nt, $450 wk, $1350 month for 1-4 people not including Air Conditioning.
Minimum 3 nights. Long term rentals encouraged with discount rates.
Air Conditioning is optional at $10 per night due to skyrocketing electric rates.
Rental deposit required. Holidays $15 extra per night 4/4/09-4/20/09.
Dishes must be clean upon checkout or a cleaning fee will be charged.
Maid service available upon request for a modest charge.
Electric except AC, phone, internet, cable, trash, ADT security included.
Check in after 4pm, Check out before 11am, Inventory check upon check out
