This was my second stay at this property. We had a great time yet again. One of the best things about this property is the view... it just can't be beat! All of the rooms are large which made having a large group very roomy. The Great Room allowed for everyone to be in one place without being crowded. Another great feature were the owners. We had a small problem and they were quick to make things right. My family plans to make a home rental at HHI an annual trip and I believe we found the perfect place.

I wanted to write you as soon as we returned from our vacation but got caught up in life, so I apologize. I wanted to express our sincere thanks for the rental of your vacation home. The home was beautiful and well maintained. My husband and I rented the home for a family vacation with our daughters, son-in-laws and grandchildren. Your vacation rental was ideal for us and our needs. It was wonderful that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom, particularly when you have as many people living together for a week as we did. The kitchen was great-it made us feel just like home with all of the accommodations. Since my daughters and I love to cook, we were enthralled with the counter space, the large oven and range top as well as the 3 refrigerators. The kitchenette on the 2nd floor was very convenient to hold baby bottles and extra milk so running up the steps in the middle of the night was not required. The refrigerator in the garage was great so no one had to go into the house with wet feet. With all the TV’s , each of the grandchildren could watch their favorite show or video with no problem. The location was quite ideal for our needs. Thank you for thinking of everything that made your home family friendly. (not to mention the elevator-a major convenience when you have babies to carry.)

Wonderful Family Vacation

My husband and I rented this beautiful home for a family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The pictures don't do it justice. There were 13 of us (7 adults, 6 children, and 3 dogs) and we had so much room. Was so nice we could bring our family pets. The house is fully stocked with what ever you would need. We grilled out three times which was so nice and the seating in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to be able to eat as a family. The beach is only a 2 minute walk. Jim and Clara were wonderful...whenever I had a question they were right there to give me answer or to help. Over all wonderful house and fantastic owners.

Girls 50th Bday Celebration June 2011

This home was absolutely beautiful!!! Perfect location and close access to the beach. As with MOST homes in Hilton Head there is a short "jaunt" down a walkway or over a sand dune to get to the beach. This is a second row home but there is not a home in front of it-just a marsh, so it is like being first row house. The home was the PERFECT celebrating/gathering place for myself and 12 of my highschool girlfriends. We were celebrating our 50th b-days. Everything about the house-layout, bedrooms, cleanliness and spectacular views from 2 of the bedrooms and all balconies and the pool with cascading waterfall. The maintenance man came immediately when we had a minor issue. the elevator was a great help in bringing up our luggage and groceries. We rented a dozen bikes which was a blast to ride on the beach and to the park which was only about a 2 minute ride to get to! The photos do NOT do this home justice. All of my girlfriends were in awe with this house and said I couldn't have picked a better palace!! We made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to the owners- Jim & Clara for renting your beautiful home to us!!

Just returned 2 days ago and already miss this beautiful vacation home. We had such a great week with our college age kids and extended family. The home is everything and more that it claims to be. Such a short walk to the beach and the pool area was one of my family's favorite places to be. With such a large and spacious home, we didn't have to see the kids unless we wanted to. Everyone had plenty of room to roam and not feel as though we were on top of each other. The house is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. The best part of the house is it's owners, Jim and Clara. They are so helpful and kind. Everything was perfect! We would stay again in a heart beat.

A wonderful family vacation at HHI!

My family (9 adults/1 child/2 dachshunds) just returned from spending a week on HHI in this beautiful home! Throughout the week I would hear family members spontaneously say, "This is an amazing house!". The suites were beautiful, the kitchen was spectacular and the two minute walk to the beach was the pièce de ré·sis·tance!! Getting to stay at this home help to make our vacation even more memorable! Beautiful Vacation Home

Our family stayed in this beautiful home the week of June12-19, 2010. We loved the spacious rooms, wonderful pool, and short walk to the beach. The kitchen/family room area was amazing! The owners were very helpful and prompt in getting back to us when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this home for a large group. There were 12 of us including three very small children and an 80 year-old great-grandmother, and we had plenty of room. We would love to go again!

Owner response:Most people say that the pictures do not do the house or the view justice. The top floor is almost all glass facing the ocean. People gasp when they step off of the elevator and see the views from inside our home. In addition, we have 3 decks with spectacular ocean and beach views. With 5 large bedrooms including 4 master suites and 5 baths, it is a perfect house for 2 families to share.

My family rented this lovely home for one week after Easter. Everything was more beautiful and welcoming than the pictures or reviews could begin to tell!. The home contained everything you could possibly need or want. The elevator was a big plus for young and old alike! I have never missed a vacation home like this one. Hope to return soon! Owners were very kind, helpful and gracious. Thanks again for a week of fun family time that will not be forgotten.......

Wonderful Hilton Head home

Our family (6 adults, 7 children) stayed here in April and we were so pleased with all of the amenities, including the heated pool and short walk to the beach, and especially the beautiful ocean views from the main rooms and balconies. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay here again sometime. It was the perfect place to have a family vacation on Hilton Head.

We stayed here for 5 weeks in the Jan/Feb 2010 timeframe and although Jim and Clara could not control the unseasonably chilly temperatures they did provide us with a beautiful beach house to enjoy. The location is central on the the island and convenient to many fine restaurants and shopping as well as the Cinema 10 which is only a 5 minute drive away. Beach walks and bike rides were a daily routine for us and also so easy to access being literally about 2 minutes away! Everything is provided for you in the way of kitchen appliances, utensils and even an IPOD connection into the surround sound system. The house is extremely roomy and when you arrive you find folded towels and personal effect items like shampoo in each bathroom just like you arrived at the Ritz! All in all a very pleasant home to stay in.

My family enjoyed our stay at this spectacular home on Bradley Beach in Hilton Head. We rented it for a week to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious and the view was magnificant. Located on a quiet street and on a beautiful section of the beach. We hope to go back soon!

My family stayed there last October because of a wedding. Absolutely perfect! We have already booked another stay in the same location this September. The pictures simply do not do justice, especially in regards to the spectacular view.

This is a fabulous house and quiet location. The walk to the beach is less than one minute and it's all private. The house is first class. The game area is in the garage, so very hot for kids in the summer, but we will be back to this house for sure. Love it that they allow dogs.

My husband's family all vactioned together the first week of June, 2008 and we all (seven adults and seven children) were extremely comfortable in this beautiful house! The pictures do not do it justice. The elevator was a blessing for luggage and groceries and the short walk over the dune to the beach made it easy with all of our small children. We rented bikes for the week and had them delivered to the house. The quiet streets made getting to the bike paths with the kids a snap and we also hopped onto the beach with our bikes right outside the house. We could not have asked for better accomodations for our stay on the island! Thanks for sharing your home with us, we felt right at home in the gourmet kitchen and huge bedroom and bathrooms.
