This beautiful 2400 sq foot Christmas Valley home backs up to the US Forest. It has a beautiful, spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and a single-size day bed, a large master bath all located on the main floor along with the kitchen, dining room and living room. The beautiful full kitchen has a dishwasher,gas stove top, electric oven,and microwave. The refrigerator has an ice maker, and there's a toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, flatware, pots,pans and utensils along with kitchen linens. The dining room along with the island bar, will accommodate eight guests comfortably. The cozy living room has a rock, gas fireplace.The laundry room and powder room (1/2 bath) are also located on the main floor.
The second floor boasts beautiful views from each of the two large bedrooms which share a full bath. One bedroom has two double beds; the other has one double bed and a daybed that makes into a double bed. Also located on the second floor is a study with a single bed which can accommodate a small child and a family room with a t.v. that has a dvd player and vcr along with tapes for your viewing. There are books, magazines and games for your reading pleasure and enjoyment. The large 2- car gargage has racks for skis and snowboards. There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms except the upstairs family room.
Approximately eight to 15 minutes away, is golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, rock climbing, gambling, entertainment and shopping. The lake is a lovely 15 minute drive away. Winter skiing and snowboarding are eight to 10 minutes away. Kirkwood is approximately 25 minutes from the front door. Since the home backs up to the forest, guests may go snowshoeing and cross-country skiing without having to go to a resort. It's a great home for families, and privacy can still be had due to the layout of this beautiful, new home.

Holidays are charged a minimum of 3 nights except Thanksgiving, which is a
minimum of 4 nights. Christmas and New Year minimum is 5 nights.
$175 non-refundable cleaning deposit, $250 security deposit, refundable
only if property is left in same condition as found. Rental fee,
cleaning fee and security deposit required 45 days prior to arrival.
