Les Laurenceaux - 17th-century stone farmhouse in the Loire Valley.
Beautifully restored, this home features rough-hewn ceiling beams and four 'grandes cheminees'. Furnished in true country-French style with 2 private courtyards, four bedrooms (two downstairs, two suites upstairs), four full baths, living/dining room, kitchen, and an upstairs library/study.
There is also a small guest house available separate from the main house if your party is only 2-4 people. (All should be 'intimate' friends, however, as the accomodations are cozy!)
Les Laurenceaux is within a short walking distance of Brehemont, a charming village on the Loire River 30 minutes west of Tours. Three plus hours Southwest of Paris by car.

Rate Details (In Euros)
Main House - €2,030/week - 1 or 2 bedrooms used, €2,240/Week - 3 bed-
rooms used, or €2,450/week for all 4 bedrooms.
Minimum stays of 1 week. Maid service available if desired.
Occupancies to begin any day other than a Sunday or a Monday.
Deposit of 1/4 of total rental required to confirm booking.
Refundable Security deposit to cover losses or damages.
Guest house - €600/week - Plus Maid Service (if desired)
