Sun City Grand is a master planned active adult community in Surprise Arizona. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Arizona sunshine, with some of the friendliest people around. The homes are all built according to design guidelines and the result is a beautiful community with long winding streets and cement trails [for biking, running, walking]. There are 4 gorgeous golf courses for the golf enthusiast, 2 large recreation centers where you can swim, work out , join a fitness class or take advantage of the on site spa!, and a multitude of groups and clubs you can participate in if you wish.
This home has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a california king bed and the guest suite with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a large shower and there is another full bath with a shower/bathtub. It is tastefully decorated with rich, vibrant desert colors and is the ideal place to relax after your busy days. There is a large, covered patio to the east for morning sun and evening bbqs.with a table that seats 4-6, 2 lounge chairs, and a small patio in front to the west for those wanting to relax and watch the world go by.
The kitchen and living area are set up to include most anything you might need. The dining area seats 6 and the bar counter another 2. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to use.
Just bring your personal belongings, turn the key and you are ready for holidays!
One renter must be 55 or older. There is a $100.00 per renter, per stay, fee to get an activity card which entitles you to use both fitness centers, join clubs, buy tickets to events and play golf at resident rates.
Check in time is 6p.m. on arrival day, checkout time is 9a.m. on departure day.
There is a totally refundable damage deposit of $500.00 per stay, and a non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee per stay. Special package prices are available for long term rentals.
