Less than a one minute boat ride to the lake from the 80 foot private pier. Large deck for grilling, and entertaining. Large sunroom facing water. Firepit and large yard for games by the water. Plenty of off street parking. Historic Shipshewana and beautiful Amish Country is close by. 3 great golf courses within a five mile radius. Wonderful vacation spot! Lake Wawasee is a 3000+ acre all sports lake. Good for fishing and skiing!
