Our two bedroom executive town house (breezy end one of five only) is located on a private oceanside estate property along the south side of the island, looking directly out on Drake’s Channel, just feet away. We are next to Manuel Reef Marina, in Sea Cows Bay. The property has private parking, walking areas, and a private ocean beach. Beautiful views of the surrounding ocean from the decks, wonderful gardens, and lots of privacy.
Ours is a tastefully decorated, very comfortable modern home. Downstairs are a dining room, living room, and a gourmet equipped kitchen, as well as an office, laundry, pantry, and powder room. All modern kitchen appliances such as fridge with ice maker, propane stove, convection microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are included. Full side and front decks allow outside barbecuing, dining, or just relaxing in the Caribbean atmosphere. All floors are tiled throughout, completely furnished including cable television, stereo, CD player, VCR and DVD player. Upstairs one king bedroom, one twins, each with their own large private bathroom, plus a shared deck overlooking the ocean. Lots of closet space, bedrooms carpeted, fully air conditioned, television in the master bedroom, all linens included. Maid service is twice weekly.
Road Town is only minutes away for shopping and restaurants, plus the ferry terminal to all the other Islands. Beaches are a short drive, as is the airport, this is a very convenient location.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2001
Jim and Sheila are retired Canadians living the winter in Tortola, the summers in Eastern Canada, plus we travel a great deal, spend a lot of time boating in the Caribbean, and travel throughout North America by motor home. We have owned rental property and charter yachts in Tortola since 1983, and have a great deal of experience in this field. Since we actually live here during the winter this is our home, not just a bare rental property, plus as we travel a lot in the winter our home is available during the winter season, as well as the summer period. We really understand the needs of visitors to this area and are happy to assist in any way we can.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Cow Bay
This is the second rental home we have owned on Tortola, we moved here in 2001, choosing to be next to the Ocean, rather than in the mountains. We have great neighbors, yet all the privacy we need when we want it.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This location is perfect for us and extremely convenient for everybody. We are located on the sea, so you can swim from here, yet you can drive to Road Town and all the ferry terminals in 5 minutes, or all the beaches on the North shore within 15 minutes. Next door is a full service Marina and restaurant and another one 5 minutes away. The view from here is nothing less than spectacular, watching all the yacht traffic go along Drake's Channel, right past our front deck.

Subject: Thank you! Jim & Sheila: Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us for our vacation. Our family agreed that Hall's Haven was the highlight of our trip. Our 24 year old son loved going out to the spit in your boat and we enjoyed many wonderful meals on your terrace. Carol was lovely and helpful. The surf was very high making it difficult to swim at many/any beaches. We found the water in front of your house to be a reasonable substitute. We explored almost every inch of the island--lots of interesting roads and views and also had memorable meals at The Dove, Brandywine, and Red Rock. Unfortunately, between bad weather in the Northeast and extra security it took us 19 hrs to get home! Best wishes for a happy new year!
