Situated 1 1/2 blocks from McKinney Shores Homeowners Association private beach, pier, BBQ and personal buoy, and 1 1/2 blocks from Homewood Mountain Resort, our 2400 square foot home with hot tub(Summer & Christmas through mid April) is the perfect location for your getaway to Lake Tahoe. From our home there is no need to drive anywhere. Walk or take the shuttle bus that loops by every 10 minutes to the ski area. Ride your bike, skate, run or walk along the well maintained Lake Tahoe bike path that boarders the property. A boat launch, grocery store, bicycle/ski/snowboard rental shop, and restaurants are also within walking distance. With five bedrooms, two dining areas, a family room with a fireplace, a living room with a wood stove, and a 2 car garage with additional off street parking, this home offers more than enough space for two families to share a vacation and make lots of fun memories together.
