Serenity bay lake House Get Away
If you are looking for a really special lake house retreat, just minutes from Clemson University that gives you access to one of the best water sports lake in the south, this is the place.
This special home completed in May of 2007 has a main floor great room with a gas fireplace, with a great view overlooking the lake. The main floor kitchen overlooks the lake as well and is completely furnished with everything other than paper products.
The upstairs level has the master bedroom and a loft with a spectacular view of the lake.
The lower level of the home has a game room with a pool table, kitchen area, big screen TV with cable, and a surround sound system.
There are decks on both the upper and lower level with a covered porch on the upper level, all with great views of the lake.
Included in the rental package is a cover boat dock, a 13' bongo water raft , a sandy sitting area overlooking the lake and a portable fire pit that can be used in the sandy sitting area to heat up cool evenings.
Boat rentals are available at the Lake Keowee Marina, but renters must call at least 1 weeks in advance to reserve a boat, rentals are based on a first come first serve.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Boat ,and jet ski trailers have to be stores at a local RV Park, about 2 miles away for a daily fee of $1.50
The Blue Ridge Mountains serves as the backdrop and Lake Keowee the centerpiece of this beautiful setting. There are 18,500 acres of water and more than 300 miles of shoreline. Lake Keowee provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature. If you enjoy water sports you will love the sailing, boating, water-skiing, canoeing, whitewater rafting and fishing.
The area is surrounded by 1000's of acres of protected land with six state parks nearby and located with access to two of the most pristine lakes in the Southeast, Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. Golfers will enjoy the various public and private golfing options available around Lake Keowee.
