Welcome to Long Beach Resort, Tower 4, 7th floor, where you will begin your long awaited vacation in this lovely unit overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the unbelievable, wall to wall floor to ceiling ocean views from every room of this spacious, 1400 square foot condo located on the seventh floor of Tower 4, the newest tower at Long Beach. The resort is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a super WalMart right across the street! There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill (seasonal), and jet ski/umbrella chair rental on site as well as 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking available.
The living room has a TV/DVD system with plenty of comfortable seating and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a TV/VCR, and two queen beds in the second bedroom with a TV. Each bedroom has a full bath with double marble vanities and large marble garden tubs. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of cabinets to store your groceries!
The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach.
