Long Beach Resort condominium is located on the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, in the heart of Panama City Beach. We are conveniently located near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping and more.
Step out onto the large balcony from the beautifully decorated living room and any of the bedrooms to take advantage of the Gulf Coast view, or relax inside and watch the breathtaking sunsets through the wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms. Walk to Pineapply Willy's for a drink at sunset and across the street to Pompano's for a seafood feast. Everything is here to make your vacation one of the best you'll experience!
Our Condo is located on the 2nd floor, Tower One and overlooks the beachfront and pool. This spacious 1875 square feet unit is a three bedroom end unit and will comfortably accommodate eight to ten people. We have two master bedrooms, both have king-size beds, one overlooks the Gulf beach front from the large private balcony and the other, a mini suite with a personal size refrigerator, sink and microwave overlooks the pool from its own private balcony. The third bedroom has two double beds and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico beach front from the large balcony. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bath.
The dining area seats six and is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar for three. The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances, built-in microwave, dishes and cooking utensils. All towels and linens are furnished.
There are two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with water falls and palm tree islands, an expansive sun deck, three whirlpool spas and a seasonal on-site poolside bar and grill. There is on-site availability of jet-skis, parasailing, sailing, beach chair and umbrella rentals.
24-hour gated community, security and plenty of parking.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit, pets are NOT allowed, and renter MUST be 25 years of age or older.

We just returned from our 7 night stay in this unit. We really loved the resort and it's proximity to everything on the beach. The lagoon pool was awesome. The unit was very roomy and we liked being on a low floor. Unfortunately we were rather disappointed in the condo itself. It is in need of some updates. It apparently has fairly new furnishings and carpeting, but the oudated wall paper and cabinets made it look tacky. However, our biggest complaint is that the air conditioning did not work properly. We contacted the person we rented this from and was first told we weren't operating the thermostat properly. I did not appreciate the attitude we received. Not once did we even get an apology or any show of concern. $1800 is a lot of money to us and I felt we should have received better service for that amount of money. A HVAC technician was dispatched and a part was replaced. Unfortunately, there was still no improvement in the air after the repairs were made. I would not recommend staying here in the heart of summer unless you don't require your room to be cool.
