Balestrari house is located in the heart of historic center; It is in the ancient Via dei Blestrari, the building at the corner with CAMPO DEI FIORI Square.
The area is very nice and characteristic as all the most ancient areas of historic center; there are many typical roman food restaurants, old coffe bar, wine bar, storees, old workshops, handicraft shops.
It is 5 minutes by foot to Navona square, fontana di Trevi and the Pantheon.
Then, if you cross the river you will find in trastevere area in 10/12 minutes. The position is perfect to visit all the main attractions withouth public transportation.


The house is particular and evocative; composed of a luminous entrance, a small but fully equipped indipendent kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a very big living room with a lunch/relax zone with 2 sofa, table and chairs for 5, and a night zone which finds a romantic matrimonial bed on a upon an iron and wood loft (see the photos).
In the apartment there is TV, DVD player, stereo cd, iron with iron board, washer, hair dryer, air conditioning, independent heating.
