Located on a cul-de-sac,on the fifth fairway, is this lovely 2,145 sq. ft. home. A completely remodeled home with three bedrooms and three baths, located on the fifth fairway of "The Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course" (Dungeness Golf Course) in Sequim, Washington. The Cedars course is a par 72, on one of the driest golf courses in the Northwest.

The southern exposure from the front of the home offers a view of the third fairway and the Olympic Mountains. On the North you can walk out onto the deck and watch the golfers on the fifth fairway. In the evening you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets.

The home is furnished with all your needs from wireless high speed internet, piano, home theater room with a 42" plasma TV, poker table, intercom w/ music, and comfortable space to cook for two to twenty people. Check out the comments of past guests.

It is half mile to the Dungeness Wildlife Refuge, which you can walk the beach to the Dungeness Lighthouse. A mile to the south and you can walk or ride your bike on the Discovery Trail, to Port Angeles. Two miles to the east is the well known Cutting Gardens.

Just minutes and you can be in downtown Sequim. Seattle is just an hour and a half drive and a ferry ride. It's 25 minutes to the ferries to Victoria, B.C.

  • Dear Jeff and Jeri, We would like to thank you for making the summer of 2008 special and memorable for both of us. We have stayed at your retreat for 7 three-day weekends over the past three months. Each visit we experienced something different: hiked the Hoh Rain Forest, biked the Olympic Discovery Trail, toured the farms during the Lavender Festival, explored Victoria, strolled along the beach at Dungeness Spit, and of course played lots of golf. (The playing conditions at the Cedars Dungeness keeps getting better and better!) The best part of all was returning at the end of the day to the MOST OUTSTANDING lodging on the Olympic Peninsula. We echo every positive comment previously written by other guests. Bypass the hotels in Sequim and make a reservation to stay at a comfortable and beautiful home - the J&J Golf Retreat!   • We are considering purchasing a weekend/vacation home in Sequim. We decided to test drive our idea by renting a home before purchasing one. That is what brought us to the J and J Golf Retreat. We have spent three weekends at the Retreat thus far, and we are looking forward to 4 more visits we have booked this summer. We love the place!!! The home has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The views across the 5th and 6th fairways are outstanding and the accommodations are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need from opening a can of beans to cooking a 5 course meal. Did I mention the huge deck with a barbeque grill and fridge, walk-in shower in the master bath, three full-size bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, internet access, two-car garage, and well-maintained landscaping?!?! Jeff is a gracious host, yet he values your privacy. Over the past few years we have stayed at vacation rentals across the country-San Diego, Palm Springs, the Big Island, Kauai, Leavenworth, Las Vegas, and San Francisco to name a few. It was a real surprise to us to find the nicest one of ALL just two hours away. Jeff, we want to thank you for your kind hospitality (and gift basket).   • I wanted to let you know my friends and I had a great time staying at your rental home in the middle of May. The house is very spacious and decorated modern with a personal touch. We felt very welcomed to be there and the gift bag was completely unexpected. The deck and barbeque were the hit of the weekend for us. It was great to get together with friends who don't get the chance to do so on the regular basis to which we were once accustomed. We will definitely be back for another visit in the future. Plenty of room with a bed for each guy, excellent accommodations, perfect setting on the course and an owner that goes out of his way to make sure you have a positive stay. He even picked up our golf passes and left a nice welcome gift at the house. We'll be back!!

  • Comment Text: Dear Jeff, Thank you for providing us with exceptional facilities on the weekend of October 12. My wife and several members of our family traveled to Sequim in order to celebrate the 80th birthday of my mother. The event turned into a family reunion at the Dungeness Golf Banquet Room. However, on both Saturday night and Sunday morning, we had 28 guests at your place--and there was plenty of room for all. With 3 separate bedrooms, a front room AND 2 family rooms, we had kids watching a video, adults watching baseball, another group cooking and visiting, and several folks in the living room singing songs and playing the "house piano." The home is absolutely beautiful, as are the views, and we look forward to coming back in warmer weather to take advantage of the built-in barbecue.   • Five of us came up for a three day golf outing.The best thing i can say is that we had a blast and the house really made the trip one to remember.How can you go wrong with a golf course in your backyard.Just take my word and try this house----you will love it!
