We spent a great week in the Frisco area to begin 2011. It was made even more perfect by our decision to stay at the Lagoon Townhomes property # 135665. The owners were incredibly nice and so easy to work with. The townhome had everything we needed. How can you go wrong with a washer/dryer and a 2 car garage...!!! Not to mention the very comfortable beds and great location. so close to everything. Thanks again guys.

Having not been to this area during the summer. This was a treat to have such a great place to stay, perfect location to get around the area from and such a easy interaction with the owners. Ellie made it fun, gave us loads of information about places, trips, bike rental, hiking etc that we had more to do, than time to do it in:) Condo was good size. Clean and great to have a kitchen to cook in!!! Havent eaten at a table that many mights in a row in a while:) Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay. Even has a bath with jets in it!!!! Great after a hard bike ride!!! Would suggest the downhill bike ride from Vale pass as a must to anyone wanting a beautiful view without a hard ride:) Biking around Dillon lake, flatter but views were amazing. Fun to get the ferry back after a drink at the Tiki lounge!!! Enjoy..

I would highly recommend this condo. It was very spacious and well-maintained. I loved having a large garage. You cannot find a better location if you are going to explore Summit County. We skied at Copper and ate and shopped in Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon and Silverthorne. The only downside was we did not stay long enough!

We stay in the Frisco/Dillon area for 3 weeks every year in the summer. We loved our stay in this condo, everything was as promised and the owners were very easy to work with. Actually I was looking to see if this place was available for 2010 and noticed I forgot to add a comment! Sorry Ellie! This is a beautiful, clean place and very convenient to the bike path and town. My daughter loved the swimming pool, she is a competitive swimmer and could continue training. My husband loved the large garage where we could store our bikes and the great wifi, and I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen.

We have stayed in Summit County many times. Frisco is a convienient town for going to Breck, Copper, and Silverthorn. The condo is in a quiet location with beautiful views from the front and back. We will definetely stay here again. Reserving the condo with the owners was like talking with friends. We felt comfortable asking questions and getting suggestions. The swimming pool is great. It is big and warm. The hot tub is a nice way to end the day. We stayed at the end of the summer. Take advantage of the Friday free days at Copper Mountain during the summer. The ski lift is free and the tallest outdoor rock climbing wall was fun for all of us.

This unit has a great floor plan! We love having an attached garage and a washer/dryer on the main floor. The views from all the windows are spectacular. We enjoyed several hikes this summer all within a short distance to the condo. The location is also handy to stores, also. Working with the owners is particularly pleasant and easy. They care about the renters and do EVERYTHING they can to make your stay enjoyable and pleasurable. They are the BEST and so is the condo!

We stayed at the condo from May 25th to May 30th. The condo is exactly as described, fully furnished with all the comforts of home. It is very roomy and well appointed. Best of all, it is right in the heart of Frisco, within minutes of everything you could want to do. The owners were easy to work with and stayed in great contact with us. We would definitely recommend it!

My friends and I stayed here from Feb. 21, 2009 through the 24th. This condo was just as described. Being fully furnished and completed stocked for all of our needs was a big plus. We skiied at Copper for 3 days and the location of this place was great. After a hard day of skiing, the last thing you want to do is drive a long distance to get home. The indoor parking made loading and unloading your things out of the weather and comfortable. I guess all in all, we would just like to thank Ellie for all the great communication before and after our stay. We definately look forward to being their guests in the future.

We stayed during early December,2008. The condo is fully furnished with everything you might need. It is centrally located for the 4 local skiing facilities, as well as the restaurants of Frisco. The 2 car garage is a big plus in snowy weather.The host was very helpful, both before and during our visit. We plan to stay here in the future.

I highly recommend this vacation property. Not only is it in a great location, with great amenities nearby, the owners have done a great job of remembering all the little details that make the place feel like home. They seem to really take care of their guests -- great, easy, informative booking and updates, a ton of information on activities in the area, great movies, great WiFi (!), a nice BIG, well-taken care of pool, a variety of pots/pans/cooking tools, spices, etc., etc., etc. Of the many places I've stayed over the years up here (including the fancy-shmancy ski resorts), this vacation rental has been one of our best experiences for our family. The kids have loved it too -- the property and location is great for families. We will be back next year for sure!

We vacationed in Colorado in July 2008 and had a wonderful time. This townhome is in a perfect location! There is very easy access to the bike path and Lake Dillon. Walmart, Safeway, the free bus and Frisco Main St are all within walking distance as was fishing. There is so much to do in this area -hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing and of course shopping. The condo is equipped with everything you need and then some. The garage is 2 cars deep which was perfect for our bikes and trailer. We will be back!!!!
