Welcome to HHB & T Resort - Hilton Head Condo Rental Our one bedroom villa, C224, is located in building C in the ocean villas section of the resort. View building C picture below taken from the beach boardwalk. The map shows our unit location. In less than a hundred steps you are at the oceanfront pool. Our balcony offers a gorgeous marsh view with a glimpse of the ocean. This is one of our favorite things about our villa. It is so private that you will probably only see a few people walk by each day. Spring is a great time for a beach trip. Kids are in school & the resort and beach are quiet. The weather can be beautiful with lower temperatures and less humidity. Perfect for golfing, playing tennis, riding bikes or just lazing around on the beach. During the summer months the resort is bustling with activity. It is very family oriented with daily activities for the kids. Our 1 BR villa sleeps 6. We have updated and decorated to make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one. We have a new queen sleeper sofa, new pictures, new window treatments and fresh paint. Also, there are new comforters, new pillows & new blankets on the master bed and the 2 wall bunks. Dining table chairs and living room chair have been reupholstered. There are more than 200 restaurants on the island, including the resort's ocean front tiki bar and snack bar "Rum Runners". However, if you prefer to dine in the villa, our kitchen is exceptionally equipped with absolutely everything you will need for cooking and dining. We have new cookware, bake ware and a excellent array of dishes & utensils. We have a 30 inch flatscreen tv in the living area and a 20 inch TV in the bedroom Both have cable and a dvd player. The bedroom tv can easly be viewed from the hall bunk area. The resort offers something for everyone, not to mention miles of pristine beach. So come relax and share our vacation home.
