This beautifully furnished beach house has six bedrooms, six baths and is situated directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Its 3,600 square feet has two sitting rooms, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and a wet bar downstairs. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king size bed and an attached bath. The other downstairs bedroom also has a king bed, but its full bath is not attached but is only a few steps away.
Upstairs, a coffee bar with an under-the-counter refrigerator graces a sitting room. There are also four bedrooms upstairs. One is the master suite with a king bed and lovely bath with a garden tub, separate shower and large marble vanity. Another bedroom contains two queen beds and has its own sink. Its full bathroom is not attached but is only a few steps away. There is another bedroom which contains two king beds and has an attached bath with an enormous shower. Finally, there is a bedroom which has a queen bed and attached bath. This last bedroom overlooks a large uncovered deck and the Gulf of Mexico. The laundry room is also upstairs. There is also a small sleeping area upstairs containing a set of built-in junior bunk beds. Every room in the house has a TV, and most have either a DVD or VCR. Mediacom provides cable TV, unlimited long distance phone service and wireless internet.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has an extra full sized refrigerator and double oven. Downstairs, there is a large covered deck that faces the Gulf and has a private dune walk-over to the beach with an outside shower. The uncovered deck which also faces the Gulf is upstairs.
This house is perfect for four to eight golfers because people can sleep confortably in their own large bed.
You are close to the Ft. Morgan and the celebrated Kiva Dunes and Peninsula golf courses and just a few miles to world class shopping and dining in Gulf Shores. Since it sleeps 18 comfortably, the house is also perfect for large families and reunions. This house rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. Rentals are subject to a cleaning fee and occupancy tax. No student groups.

We live in a small town in central Louisiana and have vacationed on the Alabama Gulf Coast for more than 25 years. We have three grown sons and four grandchildren. We bought our first property in Gulf Shores in 1983, and eventually purchased two houses at Ft. Morgan. Since our retirement last year, our dream of spending most of our time on the Coast is beginning to come true.

Our visit to the big yellow house was the best ever!! It was such a pleasure to grill our Michigan meat on the shores of the Gulf. With the generosity of Fontaine and Glenn....your warm hearts were very appreciated!!! Our families had the best vacation ever!! The memories will last forever!! The constant request to revisit expresses that!! Thank you for your generosity. Your home is very welcoming as are the owners. We appreciated the hospitality and will never forget the awesome shrimp!
