Experience some of the best fishing, swimming, boating and outdoor recreational adventures in Door County on beautiful Sand Bay. Annie's Place is on a quiet, wooded, beautiful point with Sand Bay on one side & Riley's Bay on the other.
It is perfect for walking, biking, and rollerblading along the tree lined loop that abounds with wildflowers. Annie's is just 30' from the shoreline & has 100' of waterfront to view sunrises, ships traveling the channel, pelicans and wildlife that visit our private, secluded haven. Relax in front of the bonfire & enjoy the fireworks that frequent a warm summer night with the waves pounding on the shoreline.
Annie's has an open concept living room/dining area, with a newly remodeled kitchen and bath. The two bedrooms upstairs include a king-size bed in one room and two full-size beds and a twin in the second room. The queen size hide-a-bed is located in the living room. The full bath with shower/tub is located on the main floor. Window air-conditioning is upstairs, as well as free standing fans & ceiling fan downstairs.
There is an enclosed porch that leads to the furnished patio and fire pit. Stone steps lead down to the dock for a closer view of the pelicans that roost almost daily in front of Annie's, in addition to the herons and egrets.
