Our Venice vacation rental home - Gulf Coast Vacation Rental Lots of room in our 1800+ sq ft home with heated pool and spa. The pool area is "child safe". Our Venice Vacation Home is comfortable for the whole family. Situated on 4 lots in a quiet neighborhood. Lush, tropical landscaping. Large oak trees, butterfly/hummingbird garden. Private yard. Open split floor plan. 370 sq ft Master Suite with private bath opens to the lanai. Huge walk in closet. Master bath is marble from floor to ceiling, granite countertop, double sinks with sit at makeup area. Glass enclosed granite shower. TV is provided in all bedrooms! 2 guest bedrooms with a Queen bed in one and twin beds in the other. Both guest rooms have walk in closets. Queen guest room opens to the lanai. Additional bedding provided by request, roll away beds, portable cribs, etc. Porcelain tile throughout. Kitchen features imported Brazilian hardwood cabinets, architectural style. Stainless steel appliances, under counter lighting, granite countertops and walk in pantry. Pass through window to the lanai.Kitchen amenities include booster seats and plastic dishes. Dining room sits 6 comfortably and opens to the lanai. Lanai is open and steps down to the 30 X 40 pool deck. These areas are only separated by planters with live plants. Heated pool and spillover spa. Beach toys, pool toys, beach chairs, cooler and sharks tooth shovel. No cost, private gulf beach access via the ferry. The ferry landing is only a 4 minute drive from our home. It runs to and from the beach every 1/2 hour. Historic Island of Venice is a 5-7 minute drive. There are several beaches in Venice, including a dog park. 50% deposit required to confirm reservations. 11% tourism tax. $160 check out cleaning fee.($185 over 6 guests) $500 refundable security deposit. $250 non-refundable pet deposit, if applicable. Reservation balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Forms of payment accepted: visa, mastercard, discover, american express, and wire transfer through Pay Pal. Personal checks are also accepted.(funds must clear before arrival date) USD only. Cancellation Policy: Written notice required 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
