This home is located on a large, canal-front lot, about 100 yards from the Crystal River and Kings Bay. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and will comfortably sleep six persons. The living room contains a 35" TV, DVD, and Stereo CD player. The kitchen is completely equipped for easy meal preparation. There is also a screened porch complete with George Foreman electric barbecue grill for outdoor dining. The back yard is fenced and there is a floating dock.
A six person hot tub is available for your use.
Kings Bay is famous for the large number of Manatees that winter here. The Bay is fed by several springs and stays at a constant 72 degrees all year long. This area is very popular with scuba divers and snorkelers. The bay flows into the Crystal River, which is a well marked river that opens into the Gulf of Mexico.
There are many great places to eat and shop locally and marinas close by if you wish to rent a watercraft. There are multiple championship golf courses nearby and the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park is only ten minutes away. Free Citrus County boat launching area 2 miles down Ft. Island trail. Fort Island Gulf beach is less than four miles away.
