This unit has over 1600 sq ft, and on the 22nd floor has a breathtaking view over all the rooftops up the Atlantic coast. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed that separates into 2 full size beds for a 2nd sleeping option. With King bed in the Master bedroom, 2 Queen Beds in the 2nd bedroom and Queen Sofa Bed in living room you can sleep up to 8. High speed internet hookup is right in the unit.

We just got back from a lovely 3 night stay at this wonderful condo. It is even better than the pictures! The premises are absolutely gorgeous, and the condo is SO spacious! We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable in the condo. The bedrooms are large with walk in closets, and the bathrooms are to die for! There's granite and tile everywhere! Overall, I'd strongly recommend this condo! The owner was very nice to work with! We'll definitely be contacting him again!

My family of 4 just returned from a 4 night stay and we had a wonderful family vacation! The facilities were everything we could have asked for - beach, pools, water park, nice open bar all maintained beautifully. The condo was very spacious and allowed us to eat breakfast and lunch in, to save money to eat dinner out. Shopping, restaurants, outlets, etc. all very close by. We truly enjoyed our stay and Mr. Wagner was a pleasure to work with. We will be returning to Kingston Plantation.

My family & I stayed the week of July 13, 2009. We had a great time the condo was beautiful inside & out. The size & view from the balcony was amazing, we loved eating breakfast & lunch out there. The condo was so roomily & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay & because we had a laundry room all of our clothes were clean when we got home. The pools & tiki bar were great they had something entertaining for the kids each day. We truly loved this condo so much that we didn't want to go home when it was time to leave. The owners are great to work with & the whole transaction was smooth & easy. I can't say enough about this place, I hope to stay here again & again.

The place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations...There are plenty of amentities to keep you occupied especially considering that you are able to use all of the Hilton's amenities (pools, bars, etc.)....We found the place very clean upon arrival...the patio is extremely big and provides a great view of the beach and ocean....Kingston Plantation is centrally located to all of the major locations in Mrytle.....I would highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it myself for future stays..

My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay. We were VERY impressed with this condo. Not only was it very spacious and exactly what we pictured, but it was nicely decorated and had many upgrades. The owner was very nice to work with and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again and hopefully Soon!

This is a wonderful condo! We just returned from a 3 night stay and were very impressed! The bedrooms are very spacious, each with its own walk in closet. The laundry room is actually a 'room' and not just a closet! The bathrooms are gorgeous, with granite and tile. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. The owner was very nice to work with. We'll definitely be calling again to rent this beautiful unit!
