Perdido Dunes Condominiums are located on a beautiful area of Orange Beach with a large beach front close to the jetties for great fishing. The condo is located across the street from Zekes Marina and a great location for the boat races and simply enjoying watching the sail boats,children playing, or the water glistening.
Park right at your door and enjoy this brightly decorated and fully equipped condo for your vacation enjoyment. Just pack your swim suits, shorts, and suntan lotion and you are set! But, do not forget your camera to capture wonderful vacation memories in this lovely gulfside condo. Come and play!
Please remember there is to be no use of charcoal grill at condo. There is a charcoal grill located at each end of the complex for your use. We have attempted to make it user friendly and safe with the grills within easy access. Thank you for respecting this and keeping everyone safe.

Why the Owner Chose Perdido DunesWe bought this condo because of the low profile, personal aspects that it has. You park and walk in, there is no elevators, stairwells, or slippery tile. The beach is the most beautiful there is in Orange Beach. The shopping is fabulous with nearby Foley. The food is wonderful and my grandsons have a place to grow up with and build sandcastles, hunt shells, catch crab at night and play like children should play and create memories they will have for a lifetime. Orange bach is known for its family atmosphere and families that return year after year to enjoy the laid back culture. Simply hard to explain, so much better to experience.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoThere is an ease and comfortable feeling about this quaint, low profile condo. The pool is nice, the beach beautiful and the local area peaceful.
Owner's Map of Perdido Dunes
I am an oncology nurse practitioner. I know of no other place that restores my spirit and soothes my soul like watching my two grandsons play at the beach. Watching the water in its rhythmic motion, the daily show of creatures, that change with the wind, and the great fresh seafood found at local restaurants. The low profile condominium is easily accessible, close to Pensacola and the State Park and has great view of the Boat races, and other activities, being located so close to the Perdido Pass Bridge.

Awesome!! Way better than the huge condo units. Interior of condo was very nice and such a great place to relax. It was "home away from home," except for the beach. We certainly don't have that at home!! Will come back next year. Would like to come back after school ends and before it starts. I'd rather come to "the shores" than Florida. The "Hangout" was a great place to unwind. Good food and the live bands were awesome!! "The shores" is also kind to LSU fans!!

We had a wonderful time. We were long overdue for a vacation because I have been taking care of my father who is very sick. It was so peaceful & relaxing. We went the week after schools went back and we had the entire place to ourselves. We layed out by the pool and my kids could jump, splash & squeel without disturbing anyone. We can't thank Bob and Karen enough for the use of the condo. We loved the decor and the beds were fabulous (nothing like hotel beds that leave you feeling like you slept on a concrete slab). I loved the fact that there were no stairs to climb or elevators to wait on. Thank you again so much and we can't wait to go back again. We love yall!! Ken, Christy, Sidney & Skylar.

We was down in Orange Beach 8-31 thru 9-3 at this condo and it was beautiful. The condo was very nice and we had everything there that you would need for the beach plus all necessary items except our groceries. Quite place very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much. Only a short distance from the beach. I would recommend this to anyone. I have only spoken with the Drapers a couple or three times but they seem like very nice people. Again we truely enjoyed our stay. Hope to go back soon.
