First I would like to say that I was a little apprehensive in renting a condo online from a person rather than an actual company. However I went ahead and researched some sites when I came across this one I of course thought for the price and location that it was just to good to be true. I emailed Stacy a few times and she was always prompt with her replies which had started to put my mind at ease but I still was on edge about sending a stranger my money so I decided to call her just to ask questions and get a feel for her. It took all of 2 minutes and I had already felt 100% better about doing the transaction. Stacy was really helpful and nice. She treated me like I was someone she new rather then the complete stranger I was or a business transaction. Upon arriving the resort I noticed that the place looked better then the pictures had showed. This place was beautiful! The pictures on here does not do it justice. The view of course but also the furniture and decor. It has everything you need for your stay and also most beach amenities. (ex. chairs towels umbrella toys) I really enjoyed staying here and I plan to return soon!! Thank you from Dayton Ohio

I just spent two of the most amazing months in Stacy's condo at this spectacular resort! The property is first class; exceptionally well maintained and clean. Three pools, two hot tubs, fitness center, Starbucks coffee shop, Skyway Bar, beautiful beach as well as many stores, shops, restaurants and movie theater within a one mile radius. Perfect location for a getaway by the Gulf. Golf courses and more close by too. Urbanspoon.com will direct you to the best places to eat and drink (especially those frequented by the locals). And the staff of the Wyndham resort will answer any questions you may have about the area. The condo was exactly as pictured; well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture, flat screen TV with DVD, video game console and high speed internet (wireless and cable). Plenty of beach towels, toys, metal detector and more. Two bathrooms were convenient as was the stack-able washer and dryer. The view from the 17th floor balcony was awesome; table and chairs made this a great spot to relax and/or eat. Covered parking garage completed the whole package. The owner Stacy was easy to work with, responded to my inquiries, answered my questions and was helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend an enjoyable vacation of any length on the beach at a great resort that is close to everything you might need/want but still very private and quiet.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the condo where we stayed. The location of this room was just off the elevator so it made it very easy carrying our things to & from the beach. Not only is the location of the room good, so was the condo itself! For us, it was just the right distance away from the crowd at Pier Park, but close enough to be there & to nice restaurants within just a few minutes. The best thing about renting this exact unit was due to the fact that we had to bring absolutely nothing for the beach expect our bathing suits & sunblock. All the sand toys, along with a little wagon to haul it in, floats, boogie boards, beach chairs, & even beach towels were there just waiting on us! This saved us on a lot of packing & less sand in our vehicle for the ride home. While there we decided to stay an extra night due to the weather not wanting to cooperate & the owners very quickly responded to our emails & texts to get us all set up to stay another night within just minutes. We've got through VRBO before for several vacations to different locations, but this is the first time I was ever impressed enough to leave comments. We can't wait to visit your place again next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I wanted a little get away with out the children, and found this condo on VRBO. Stacy was wonderful and quick to respond. We got to the condo and it was wonderful the view was amazing! Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but no other complaints. You won't find a better view on the beach!!! After staying there we felt bad that the kids weren't there with us because this condo is perfect for the whole family and they would have enjoyed it as well!! We will be back!

Love this condo! This was my 3rd visit to this condo. It has everything needed for a great time at the beach. Great location to restaurants, and all other activities. The view is absolutley wonderful!! Stacey is great to work with, and is very accomadating. Can't wait to book for next year!!!!!!

We were excited just driving up to Emerald Beach Resort! You can tell just by driving down Front Beach Rd. that you have selected a great unit! The unit itself was beautiful. It had everything and more that we needed and the view was SPECTACULAR! I have been many other places in Florida and spent more money for a unit that could not even compare to this one. Stacy was so easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Needless to say, I am hoping to return very soon for another rest & relaxation vacation!

This section of Florida is the world's best kept secret. The condo is exactly as photo'd and the building is beautifully kept. I had heard some complaints about elevators but that was not true. Elevators are fast and convenient. Parking a breeze and staff very pleasant. But.......the view from the balcony...........the winner, morning or evening.

We absolutely had a great vacation! The condo was perfect and loved the view of the beach! We parked our car, unloaded and didn't get back into the car until it was time to head home. I have already recommended this place to others and I am sure we will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo. I was completely wowed as soon as I opened the door to the condo. The furnishings and decor in the living room and kitchen were very beautiful. And the view of the Gulf of Mexico on the 17th floor balcony was amazing. My children had a blast playing in the two pools at the resort. Definitely would return again

I wanted to say thanks so much for our wonderful stay at your condo! The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. It had everything that we needed available! My children loved the "bucket pool" and being right on the beach. We enjoyed every minute of it and would not hesitate to stay there again next year. My husband Zenek and I had a wonderful time at this Condo. It is beautiful, spacious and has a great ocean view and spectacular sunsets. The patio doors open so wide that you feel you are on a ship with the best view imagineable. All that you need is provided and the building is super clean: hallways, etc. It's a great place for both couples and families. This condo was one of the nicest we have ever rented.The balcony was our favorite place to watch the dolphins and the beautiful sunsets. Ms. Gardella was great to rent from and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The Emerald Resort is very nice and we were close to everything in Panama City Beach. Loved going to Pier Park and all the great restaurants. Hope to be back next year!

We stayed at the condo July 26-30th and had a blast. Very spacious 1 bedroom unit and nicely decorated. A bit disappointed that at least the Tiki Bar and Starbucks weren't completed, but it in no way took away from our experience. Once completed, the Emerald Beach Resort will be top notch and hard to beat. Ms. Gardella was a pleasure to work with and provided a great rate. We definitely look forward to returning!

My husband & I recently stayed in this lovely unit July 1-3,2007. It was everything we expected & more. Stacy, the owner, was very easy to work with. We could tell that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Even though this resort is not yet completed, it is still the classiest place to stay on the beach. We can't wait to be able to come stay in this unit again for our next vacation. This place is breathtaking! Combined with the beach, who would want to go anywhere else to relax & unwind!

We just got back yesterday from Panama City and stayed in this unit June 28th - July 1st. The place is absolutely fantastic! It is one of the most spacious one bedroom units we have ever rented and decorated elegantly. Also, the view from the patio is gorgeous. Ms. Gardella rented to us at a terrific rate and answered all my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend doing business with her and we look forward to staying here again.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful, new resort on Panama City Beach. The owner, Ms.Gardella, gave us a fabulous deal. The resort was just as she described. One thing I loved was the speed of the elevators. Everyone at the resort was talking about how fast they were. Staying at a big high rise can be a pain if the elevators are slow. We were on the 17th floor and it was no problem. This one is definitely worth it. We stayed there June 22-26, 2007.
