This large (3,400 square foot) beautiful beach house sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It is perfect for large families and reunions. It has a large kitchen complete with custom cabinets and black granite counter tops and provides all the necessities for entertaining including an extra full size refrigerator. The breakfast bar wraps around the kitchen and seats 10 people on bar stools.
There are six generous bedrooms, each with their own bath. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed and a very nice attached bath with a garden tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. Three other master suites also have king beds and attached baths. One of these master suites is also downstairs. The other two are upstairs, open to a covered deck, and have amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another large upstairs bedroom contains two bunk beds and two twin beds and is set up for those guests with several small children. It sleeps six. The last bedroom has two twin beds and a day bed with a trundle bed in it and sleeps four people comfortably. Each room has its own TV and most have a DVD or VCR. Downstair floors are tile, and upstairs are hardwood.
The well appointed den and dining area has a large TV with a DVD/VCR and a stereo system. It looks out to a large covered deck and to the white sand and blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach can be accessed by your own private lighted dune walk-over with an outside shower.
Unlimited long distance, high speed internet service, and Cable TV service is provided by MediaCom.
This house is perfect for groups of 4 to 8 golfers!!
The home is located near the celebrated Kiva Dunes and Peninsula golf courses and Ft. Morgan Marina. It is a short drive to world class shopping and dining in Gulf Shores. This house will make your beach vacation dreams come true. Rentals are Sunday to Sunday during the summer season and are subject to a cleaning fee and occupancy tax. No student groups.

We live in a small town in central Louiaiana and have vacationed on the Alabama Gulf Coast for more than 25 years. We have three grown sons and four grandchildren, We bought our first property in Gulf Shores in 1983, and eventually purchased two houses at Ft. Morgan. Since our retirement last year, our dream of spending most of our time on the Coast is begining to come true.
