Slow down, reconnect with family and friends, and have fun exploring southwest Missouri and nearby Arkansas at budget-friendly rates. Visitors often remark on the calm, peaceful feel of this comfortable lakefront home. Kick back and watch the fish splash and eagles fly to and from their nearby nests. You'll enjoy hours of relaxation and rest from the large "Cracker Barrel" rocking chairs on one of the three lake-facing decks.

This quiet home is centrally located and perfect for gas-friendly day trips to sites such as Eureka Springs, Branson and Dogwood Canyon, or for canoeing and rafting on Missouri and Arkansas rivers and streams. A state park sand beach is only one mile away and fishing is available at nearby Beaver Lake, Roaring River State Park or White or Kings River, all within an hour's drive. The winding, short path in the backyard also leads down the lake for fishing or swimming.

After a day on the lake, fire up the grill on the deck! All appliances and dishes (even condiments and spices)are furnished. After dinner you may choose to spend an evening visiting or quietly reflecting around the "firepit" on the deck. Or, perhaps you'd prefer to gather on the screened-in porch or relax in the massage chair as you watch your family movies on the VCR/DVD.

Then, retire for the evening in one of the two large king-bed master suites or in the large third bedroom with new queen sized mattress. The upstairs master bedroom with king size bed has a fabulous lakeview and also has space for a blow-up bed and will sleep four people total. Two sofa-sleepers are also available. Due to upper deck, we do not recommend this home to those with very young children as we are concerned for their safety. This home is perfect for couples who would like to gather with friends yet retire to privacy and separate bathrooms, perfect for quiet and small church get-togethers or mini-family reunions.
