The first step is to reserve this 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, and 2 bath villa in the oceanfront Villamare complex located within Hilton Head Island's Palmetto Dunes Resort. Crisp, clean, and serene are the words that come to mind as you enter the foyer of this newly renovated villa and view the fresh paint, the new flooring, and the lovely designer furnishings. One inner door off of the foyer leads to the main living area and the master bedroom suite, and a second door opens to a very private guest bedroom. The common living area starts with a compact kitchen that features all full-size appliances, counter with two stools and includes a storage closet with a convenient stacked washer & dryer. The adjacent dining area has a stylish round table with seating for 4 and a matching corner china cabinet. Rounding out this room is an inviting sitting area with newer berber carpeting, a comfortable 3-piece seating group that includes a sleep sofa, a brand new 42 inch flat screen LCD television, a large sunny window, and a slider door to a covered corner balcony. French doors open from the living area to the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a stately armoire with TV, a slider door to the balcony, a romantic soaking tub, a vanity, and a private water closet that includes a walk-in shower. Off of the entry foyer, the spacious guest bedroom also features newer berber carpeting, as well as 2 double beds with new bedspreads, a TV/DVD, a slider door to a private covered balcony, and a private bath. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall. Villamare, an oceanfront complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort, features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and of course, the beach! Outdoor pool heated mid- March to end of April and mid-October to end of November. There is also a kiddie pool.

We stayed in this unit the 3rd week of Oct. and it was great. The beds were all comfortable, everyone slept like we were in our beds from home. I was a little apprehensive about the bedrooms being separated by the living room because of our son, but the way the condo was laid out it worked wonderfully. We still had our privacy and he had his own space.The heated outdoor pool and indoor pool both came in handy a couple of days. The short walk to the beach was very nice. We would recommend this condo to everyone.

Our family has vacationed in Hilton Head for the past 7 years and 5 of those at Villamare. We stayed in this unit which was very accomodating and clean. If you haven't stayed at Villamare yet, consider renting this unit. You get a great place for an exceptional price.

We just got back from our family spring break to Hilton Head. We have stayed in Villamare many times, but we decided to rent again from Paula. She is great to work with and easy to get a hold of if we have any questions. The villa is VERY clean and has all of the ameneties my family needs. Brand new flat panel screen in the living room. Condo is centrally located to everything and in our opinion, the best spot on the island. Next time we head down to Hilton Head, we will rent from Paula again.

Recently stayed in this beautiful condo Labor day weekend. Clean and well equipped. Very nice condo and would recommend this unit to anyone. Beds were very comfortable and unit is tastefully decorated. Short walk to beach and pool. Beautiful grounds surrounding Villamare. Have stayed here seven years in a row, first time in this unit. Grounds/pools always in great shape. Has a wonderful place, recently upgraded to cook out,ocean front. Will be back soon. Our family loves HHI and the Villamare!

Our visit to Hilton Head was a wonderful family vacation in a beautifully decorated condo. The property was well maintained and peaceful and very spacious. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. this development has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a great exercise facility and wonderfully landscaped grounds. I would highly recommend both the Villamare location and the condo we rented.

Unit #2216 was a great place to call home during our week vacation to Hilton Head. It was very updated compared to a couple other condos we have stayed at in this complex. The condo is also extremely centralized to everything on the island. We would certainly stay here again!

#2216 was just positively lovely. It was clean and tidy, tastefully decorated and convenient to everything! The indoor pool was especially nice for the rainy day we had. We will definitely return to this villa as soon as we get a chance!
