We stayed for almost 2 weeks , we had 4 adults and 2 small dogs. We were so comfortable and really enjoyed the neighborhood. We walked in the neighnborhood and felt right at home. The house in beautifully renovated and we really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The home is very close to Brackenridge park and all the downtown sites. We can't wait to visit again!

Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners.

Great vacation rental! Close to River Walk, and other local attractions. The home is very nice, all of the emenities of home. David and Vicki were great to work with....hope we get to come back soon!

My girlfriends and I (5 of us total) spent the Labor Day Weekend 2012 at this beautiful home to celebrate our 50th birthdays! The house was so wonderful, we didn't even want to leave to go to the Riverwalk! Thanks to David and Vicki for a wonderfully maintained home and the ease of doing business with them. Definitely want to return soon with my family!

We visited San Antonio for a basic training graduation at Lackland AFB. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our needs and the owners even provided a Pack N Play and highchair for the baby. It was so nice to be able to provide this comfortable space for our Airman son and his family. If we get back to the San Antonio area, we will definitely stay at this property again. My family and I stayed a couple of days last week and it was an extremely beautiful property...lots of character and charm. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and you did not feel cramped. The beds were very comfortable...Its probably the best i have slept in years. Special thanks to owners for the prompt,professional and courteous communication. We will be back.!! We had a great stay at this home in May 2011. The home was nicely kept, well stocked, and easy to find. It had vintage charm with modern amenities, and we were pleasantly surprised that the location was so convenient to everything (a very quick drive from the airport and into downtown). The owner was also very easy to coordinate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the decor, the pictures don't do it justice. This is a very well maintained older-style home and if we could have packed it in our bags and taken it with us, we would have! The neighborhood is very peaceful, with a local coffee shop at the end of the street, and everyone we met there and in the neighborhood was very friendly. There's an Italian restaurant a couple of minutes away that was also very good. Getting to downtown and all the sights was very easy, just a few minutes on the local streets (you can jump on the interstate if you want but it's not wort the hassle as it's only one exit down). We'd definitely stay at this house again the next time we go to San Antonio!

A Perfect Place

We stayed for only a couple of days in this wonderful house and it was perfect. perfect accommodations and perfect location. The house was wonderfully appointed and the beds were comfortable. The location is great nicely central but not touristy. You can get to the tourist sites anywhere in the city really easily and it's close to a good coffee shop with breakfast burritos, pastries and good coffee. It's more expensive than a Holiday Inn out on the loop but much less expensive than the hotels downtown when you consider it's a three bedroom, with living room, dining room, sun porch, a nice kitchen and a nice comfortable neighborhood to walk around in the evening or morning.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful home for a week during Christmas. They even had a Christmas tree so we felt right at home. The location of the house is perfect! Just a quick ride into the river walk and convenient to everywhere else! The house is stunning and was super clean! It has everything and anything you could want or need. The beds were so comfortable, we all had great nights sleep! The neighborhood is very nice with a lot of other beautiful homes to marvel over too. We would highly recommend anyone to come stay here. A+

We loved the place. Great location. 10 mins. drive from Riverwalk and Quarry. Zoo 5 mins.away. easy excess to Hwy. 281. The houe was nice and roomy. We had 8 adults plenty of room. Love the kitchen and the front nook off the living room was great for breakfast. Only down side for the summer no pool but great backyard area for grilling.

We stayed here with my daughter and her family to attend a wedding in San Antonio. The house was perfect, location was right, and the house was stocked better than any previous VRBO's we've rented. Thank-you for the use of your lovely home! The house was spotlessly clean, no little dustballs on hardwood corners, no dust anywhere. The beds were comfy and the white towels were lovely. We loved going for a walk around the quiet neighborhood, driving the short distance to the Riverwalk, walking to the coffee shop,etc. We also appreciated all the 'tourist'information you provide. We made use of the games,too.The house was perfect for us, 3 couples coming together to attend a wedding in the area. Thanks again.

My husband and I stayed in this cottage for two weeks in January. We loved it! The location was central to all that we had planned to do, and the comfortable home was immaculate with an updated, highly workable kitchen. The house was spotless when we arrived. Excellent amenities, great kitchen with all cooking and dining needs, lots of clean towels, great furnishings for the six adults and two children in our party.
