PRICE IS FIRM and Non-Negotiable. This unit is in excellent condiiton and I am renting to responsible, respectible adults. If the prices are not within your price range, please look somewhere else.

Relax and enjoy the white sands of Panama City Beach in this new upscale condominium, located on
desirable Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. This condominium has spectacular views of the
Gulf of Mexico from it's private gulf front balcony.

This ninth floor unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dining area, two full-size bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The balcony has four patio chairs and table, so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views or dine by the Gulf of Mexico.

For Mom's and Dad's who want an afternoon or night out during their stay, Seychelles offers a child care program with fun activities on Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 10 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Children must be ages 4 to 12 to participate. The Kids program is offered during the Spring and Summer months only.

Seychelles has a secured covered parking deck and an on-site management company for your convenience.

  • We came here on fall break.(great time to come, no traffic and still hot enough to have to use sunscreen) It's sooo nice. The kids just loved the bunk beds in the hallway. What a plus! Very quiet location and just a short walk to the state park. We did that every morning. We will be back. Thanks Cinnamon for letting us enjoy your home! The Freimund family

  • This unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our first ever trip to Panama Beach. Communication with the property owner was pleasant and timely. The view and location on the beach was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Location was convienent to shops, restaurants, and things to do. Can't wait to get back down there again. I'd have to honestly rate this place an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Thanks for a great stay!
