This ninth floor unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dining area, two full-size bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The balcony has four patio chairs and table, so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views or dine by the Gulf of Mexico.
Seychelles has a secured covered parking deck and an on-site management company for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Seychelles
While Navarre Beach is known for its seclusion and little to do, it is nice to have a place to come to where restraunts and activities are abundant! We love to come to Panama City to eat, shop and play for we lack these great amenities in Navarre.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Gulf World is a great place to go. We also putt-putt, ride bumber boats, rent pontoon boats, and enjoy Ripley's Belieive it or Not museum. We shop, eat and often travel towards Mexico Beach when in town. Shell Island is a quick ferry ride over from inside the state park (just minutes from our condo)! Captain Anderson's is the best dining and also just minutes from our condo. Pier Park is a great place for shopping and eating or catching a movie if you have had too much sun :) You won't run out of fun on Panama City Beach!
A must! You can take the ferry out to Shell Island and if your a dolphon lover they will be by your boat along the way!
Schooners famous beach bar is in the same parking lot at Seychelles. Great place to go to avoid driving!
Also find several pontoon boating rentals, the Pirate Cruise, The Sea Screamer Cruise, deep sea fishing charters and several dolphin watch cruises here!

My fiance and I came down after labor day. the rate was great and so was the room! We had a great view and the beach was beautiful. Renting the chairs outside of the condo on the beach made everything so easy! The unit was clean and pretty. Can't wait to come again.

The unit was great, plenty of room for a family of four plus more and the property and pool area was beautiful. The unit is on the 9th floor and the elevators are very fast with very little wait if any at all. The price was very reasonable and the covered parking was a great amenity! Thanks to the owner for the prompt response as well!

We came here on fall break.(great time to come, no traffic and still hot enough to have to use sunscreen) It's sooo nice. The kids just loved the bunk beds in the hallway. What a plus! Very quiet location and just a short walk to the state park. We did that every morning. We will be back. Thanks Cinnamon for letting us enjoy your home! The Freimund family

This unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our first ever trip to Panama Beach. Communication with the property owner was pleasant and timely. The view and location on the beach was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Location was convienent to shops, restaurants, and things to do. Can't wait to get back down there again. I'd have to honestly rate this place an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Thanks for a great stay!
