Our studio aparment currently has March / April availability
One of three secluded apartments with the owners living on grounds. 150 yards to a secluded private beach where walks take you past miles of beach, mounds of beautiful shells and shark's teeth that have not been picked over; plus strolls past the homes of celebrities. The grounds are quiet enough to hear the surf. One hundred yards to a private pier on Lemon Bay. Great fishing and boating!
This isn't the busy Condo hustle and bustle, no lurking Condo Commandos; nor swimming in the community pool. Our pool is private and heated, with comfortable seating and an outside fireplace for a cozy evening fire.
This is "The Island Life", and your not THE RENTER in a 15+ year old condominium complex, but our welcome guest in our constantly upgraded vacation retreat secluded on a private road with video security monitoring.
The Apartments are beautifully upgraded and cleaner than The Ritz. You can depend on the cleanliness. We even wash and sanitize everything from the mattress covers to the Comforters, plus we move and clean under all furniture before each new guest arrives. I don't know of anywhere else that they do that. We also provide water softening by Kinetico.
If you prefer a 1 bedroom or an effency rental; please inquire. One and a half miles to Public Beaches, Fine Dining, Beach Bars, fresh fish off the boat, and Charter Fishing. Guest have access to fishing equipment and tackle, Bicycles. Kayaks, and Privacy. Our guests come here again year after year, and we will be glad to let them tell you about us.
