Our unit is primarily for our own use but we do rent it to "friends" and "family". Most of these homes are lived in by friendly owners year round. Since it is used primarily by our family, it has all the amenities of home.It's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.Wake to the gentle surf and cooing of doves in your luxurious king size bed. Truly paradise on earth.
There is a swimming pool on site as well as tennis courts. Golf, glider rides, and skydiving are nearby. It is equipped with cable TV, DVD, and high speed internet. The bath has a large shower as well as a washer/dryer. The kitchen is complete with cookware and dishes, etc., including the blender for the Margaritas you will need while sitting on the beach watching the beautiful sunsets!
This is a place you will fall in love with and want to return to time and again. Enjoy the laid back "Hawaiian" lifestyle in style!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our property is located on the quiet North Shore, far from the hustle and bustle and congestion of Honolulu and Waikiki, yet close enough to the city to enjoy the night life if you wish. We are immediately adjacent to the Polo Fields for the Sunday matches in season. We're a short walk from the Skydiving operation at Dillingham Field and a little longer walk to the Glider operation at the opposite end of Dillingham Field. If you'd like a little milder adventure a few steps from the front door you can Snorkel, Beach comb or just sun on the beach with miles of very lightly used beach. You wake up to the sounds of songbirds,doves and rolling surf, not traffic, sirens and garbage trucks. I don't know about you, but it's not a difficult choice for me.
1 B/R, 1 Ba w/ King Size bed and Queen Futon in L/R. Completely furnished w/linens, dishes,clothes washer/dryer, full kitchen w/dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. Charcoal BBQ, boogie boards,etc.

When my parents passed away my sister and I decided to keep the unit for our own use and to allow others to enjoy what we have enjoyed fro the past 40 years in a quiet corner of paradise.
