The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are a lot of condo units in this area. From the comments in our guest book in the unit, most of them thank us for the unbelieveable view and for our personal service. People appreciate us meeting them personally with the keys and instructions and our willingness to answer all questions helping them get oriented and started on a great vacation. We follow up in a couple days to see if we can help our guests again. This makes us unique compared to those units either managed remotely or by a local agency.

After moving from coast to coast in the United States, we finished the last 20 years of our career in the Southeast. We first came to visit Sandestin in 1985 and came back on numerous vacations before we decided to build our retirement home in the resort. The resort kept bringing us back with its well-maintained beauty, its multitude of features and amenities and its orientation to great family vacations. We think Luau is the best location for its value on the resort and consider its location and gorgeous views the factors that brings our customers back time after time.
