$600 IS THE TOTAL RATE UNTIL MARCH 1!!! The best weather of the year starts now and $600 a week is the total rate including departure cleaning and taxes through the end of February. Shorter stays go for $75 per night plus Departure Cleaning and taxes. If getting away from the chill of another climate is your goal, think about the Florida panhandle and Luau Towers. Luau Towers are the newest beachside units in Florida's treasured Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. These luxury towers are only a short walk to the sugary sands of Sandestin's Beach. The unit has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. The Bedroom has a king-size bed and a view to the gulf, golf course and bay. The Living Room has a Queen-size sofa hide-a-bed and the same awesome views. In the rare event that staying in is your choice, the bedroom and living room have televisions and DVD players. The building has a laundry center and fitness center. There are gas grills on the main level for use of our guests. The 4300 square foot salt water pool is accompanied by children's pool, waterfall, and hot tub.

  • Recently, we had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the third time (twice this year). We had an awesome time. The condo is as nice as our first visit. We love this resort and having the amenities card is a big bonus. We will be staying here again and again. Max and Linda are just great!

  • My wife, son, and I spent the first week of October 2007 at Linda and Max's condo in Destin. They have a great view of the golf course, pool, other hotels, and a little bit of the beach. The balcony faces west so you do get to see the sunset in the distance. I have a few incredible pics of the sun setting from their balcony that I will be emailing to Max. I hope he will add them to his web page. At night from the 8th floor I kind of felt like I was in the middle of a small but very quiet city with the surrounding hotels. The walk to the beach is only a minute or two and they have a couple beach chairs and umbrella that came in very handy. They even had some toys which kept our 20 month old busy for days. We had never been to Destin but have been to beaches all over the world. We were very surprised and impressed with the smooth white sand beaches and turquoise waters. The condo is a very short drive to the huge Silver Sands shopping mall, which is well worth the trip when it’s cloudy, even if you are a guy (Nike, Under Armour) need I say more. Also, the Luai is right next door to the Hilton which has an incredible spa. We really enjoyed walking/running to Baytown Wharf (within the resort). They have almost 5 miles of hiking/biking trails. The one bedroom condo with full kitchen (including pots and pans) was new/modern and a very nice place to stay. We will be back!!! Tons of great places to eat within a 10 minute drive or a 20 second walk next door. If anyone has questions about their place I will be glad to respond (within a few days) in email. Oh, and if you have to take work with you, they have a WIFI connection and a local Ethernet jack to plug your laptop into. I didn’t see a cable so you might want to take one if you need too. They were incredibly host answering any questions we had. Although we had never met them in person, Linda treated us like family. She even called us about 10 hours into our journey just to make sure we were doing okay. Thanks again to Max and Linda, I would highly recommend staying with them! --Jim Hafner
