A lovely little gem of a getaway in Montecito. Perfect for a single, couple or small family. Our guest house is approximately 400 square feet, comprised of living room-kitchenette, bedroom and bath.
Newly remodeled with a California Cottage style; Saltillo Tile Floors throughout, Talavera Tile counter tops and shower. Pillow top Queen size bed in bedroom with 600 count Egyptian cotton sheets, luxurious towels, antique furnishings, and the little pleasures to make your stay a memorable one, including a bottle of central coast wine and fresh flowers in season on your arrival. If your visit is for a special occasion or you just want to be pampered, you can opt for our extras package; we can arrange catering, delivery of meals, reservations at your favorite restaurant, daily wine & cheese, babysitting, a day at the spa. these services would be an extra fee, arranged before your arrival.
Property close (less than 1 mile!)to Montecito shops & restaurants, Miramar, Biltmore and Butterfly beaches and Summerland, with its Antiques shops, wine tasting and family & pet friendly beach. Downtown Santa Barbara just minutes away! Owners will happily provide recommendations for local destinations, wineries, restaurants, antiquing, shopping, Realtors (Santa Barbara is a wonderful place to live!) and so much more.

Kathy, the owner, was extremely pleasant and easy-going. The cottage is decorated beautifully, the tilework is terrific, and the yard is perfect for playing with your dog. The location is very convenient, a minute from the 101, yet very secluded, peaceful and green. We would definitely return again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous 6 day stay at this charming guesthouse. The cottage itself is lovely and very well appointed with all the amenities you would ever need.The pictures shown do not do it justice! The owners were very friendly and extremely accomodating but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this delightful cottage and the beautiful village of Montecito!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is long overdue but none the less heartfelt . . . We spent three nights in the guesthouse in May, 2008, and absolutely loved it. The house is every bit as charming as the pictures suggest. David and Kathy were wonderful hosts: warm, helpful, generous with recommendations but not "hovering." We felt very much at home and totally private. The hosts provided lovely touches -- e.g., a scented candle and bottle of (local) wine awaiting our arrival. We recommend this place without reservation, and look forward to returning ourselves one day.

An hour and a half away from LA but a whole world apart! I loved my week vacation at the guesthouse. It was far beyond my expectations. Kathy has an impeccable taste and I felt I was back in the South of France. Hopping on my bike in the morning to ride to the beach with my pooch was priceless. I will be back!

"Your cottage was magical! We were overwhelmed with how quaint and cozy everything is! The garden is absolutely enchanting, we felt like we were in our paradise. We have found our "permanent spot" in Santa Barbara. Kathy & David were wonderful hosts to such a private, secluded and gorgeous vacation place. And we could bring our dog!!! How fantastic of an experience -great location off the freeway - yet tucked away over the river and through the woods! What a great place for us to be on our wedding weekend!
